Pesan kamar yang untuk 4 orang, kamarnya besar. Kamar mandi untuk lantai harus ekstra hati-hati karena licin, water heater airnya kalau kita full-kan kerannya kurang panas. Minta tambahan bantal responnya sangat cepat. Karyawannya semua ramah-ramah murah senyum. Ada barang yang ketinggalan responnya sangat cepat minta di-gosendkan. Sudah 4x nginep di sini karena banyak tempat makan.

Easy access to lots of food and bars at Mount Austin. Took ~10mins to check in, counter was very slow and checked in 1 night for us when we booked for 2 nights. Had to recheck in. The room and floor has a sour and foul smell.

Value for money but the family room quite small. No hotel parking, parking need to pay.

Lokasi sangat strategi berdekatan dengan bandar n kedai makan. recommended.

Did a 2D1N stay on Sat/Sun. Clean Room. Quiet at night, had a good Zzz since this Hotel Vistaria is less than 5mins away from most happening Mount Austin area with KTV etc. Need to cross the 2 ways traffic to happening Mount Austin area like going to steamboat in the tent, KTV, massages etc. Drivers on the always jammed Mount Austin road seem very patient no honk unlike SG drivers abit Jam honk like madness liao. Lol. Downstairs got eateries and after 12.30pm got food trucks like desserts. Nearby shopping malls can take grab like less than RM10 to Aeon mall tebrau city/Toppen Mall/Ikea.

Rooms not quite soundproof I could hear loud talking from next door when people chatting with their room window opened. Hotel doesn't provide free parking coupon, have to buy from them per book they don't sell it per pieces. Can hear sound of vehicles passing by the main road. Smooth check in, comfy room, nice hot shower. Free flow coway hot/cold water at the alley. Overall-OK.

Room is smoking smell, and bed and bedsheet is dirty, body is itchy. Will no come next time.

For family room, it was spacious and comfortable to stay. Would revisit this hotel if I happened to go to JB again.

The room is big enough, very clean and comfort.There are so many food store and open early in the morning. If you like nasi lemak, there's one store around 50meters is very affordable and if you like to order the real tea, please order tea O.

Spacious and clean. The elevator facility is good and vital for elderly. Plenty of food outlet nearby.

Overall was good but if you can add iron service so that customer can use in our own room

Took family room (1 King and 1 Single). Comfortable bed. Friendly staff and attend to our request for additional pillow. The location is really strategic. 5 minutes driving distance to AEON Tebrau and IKEA. Lot of eateries surrounding the hotel i..e McD, pharmacies and other fast food. Need to focus more on the cleaning of the carpet in the room. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Good value for money spent.
