从我们第一次结婚到我们有了孩子，我一直都很喜欢住这家酒店，每当我想念巴厘岛的时候，它绝对是我的首选酒店。

我对阿斯塔吉纳酒店印象非常深刻。他们给了我很多赞扬。

服务非常友好，迎宾饮品非常美味，房间里还贴心地准备了蛋糕和装饰品。

Untuk kamar dan fasilitas hotel lainnya benar-benar value for money, Kasur serta bantal sangat nyaman, fasiitas kamar mandi juga lengkap dan bersih, bathtub untuk nilai rate kamar yang diberikan adalah bonus. Terdapat 2 kolam renang umum yang juga luas dan cantik. Staff sangat ramah, membantu dan menyenangkan.

Staffnya ramah ramah 🥰 sangat merekomendasikan ini.

Kamarnya nyaman, tenang dan fasilitas kolam renangnya pun sepi, jadi cocok untuk stay ditempat yang tenang. Tapi sayangnya fasilitas restoran tidak dibuka semenjak covid. Jadi ketika mau pinjem piring / gelas / sendok tidak ada sama sekali. Hanya itu saja kekurangannya. Hehe.

We stayed in this place for the end-of-year vacation of 2020 - 2021. It is pandemic time. I understand that they have to scale down their services and staff due to COVID-19. However, it seems that they are not ready accepting the few guests that stayed on their premise anyway. For example, electricity occasionally went out (brownout). Also, the parking area is so full and not organized that you can't walk around with ease. Breakfast is limited and no coffee at all at breakfast. We were also annoyed at the behavior of one of their staff (and apparently it is considered a normal practice, the front office staff said) who was more interested in the private life of their guests rather than providing respectful service to the guests. This particular staff was asking my husband, why my sister (who traveled with us and had her own villa and stayed there longer than us) is staying in their premise alone and for quite a long stay. Hey? What is this? Is it because we are local guests (not foreigners) that they were wondering why an Indonesian woman is traveling alone & stayed in a hotel alone for quite a long period? I wonder whether they would ask the same question to a foreign woman guest who stays there alone.

Super nyaman, bersih, cocok untuk keluarga. toileters pun lengkap dan detail. pasti akan kembali ke astagina. jalan kaki ke pantai. Meskipun di dalam gang kecil tapi hotelnya bagus banget.

Big cozy bed & pillows. Small tub complete set of amenities good TV channels. Good service not best place when you bring big car.

AC-nya panas jadi kurang nyaman.

During this pandemic Covid19, Bali and especially Seminyak area, many shops are closed down and few restaurants are open. 🥺😔 Our Room, booked for Suite for 2 bedrooms but upgraded to villa with 2 bedrooms. 👍

The hotel service is standard and also same with the food but for the room is wonderful and clean love it but the towel kind old they need too replace with the new one.

Keluar masuk jalannya sempit hanya cukup 1 mobil saja, untuk fasilitas juga standar saja. Kemarin tidak ada microwive dan piring-piringnya yang seharusnya ada, jadi harus telepon dulu ke resepsionis. Seharusnya semua dipersiapkan, di luar ekspektasi.

Good location and quiet area even surrounded by crowded street and shops. However when I arrived, the floor was dusty and all food items for mini bar were dusty. Need to improve cleanliness. Otherwise satisfactory services.

Karena kamar dari kayu jadi terasa lembab, yang tidak disukai adalah kamar mandinya, karena bathtub terlalu tinggi sehingga untuk mandi harus manjat

Kalau ke bali, bakalan ke astagina lagi. Pool romantis, sarapan super enak dan banyak pilihan. Ada mini garden nya, yang kalau dari jam 3pm - 4pm dapat tea dan cookies. Mini gardennya nyaman banget. recommended hotel.
