The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. The apartment is just outside of the old town and quite easy to walk to from the Split bus station.

Location is great, near Pile gate. Room is basic, we stayed two nights here, they did basic clean, but not floor and garbage.

房間老舊不清潔，東西壞了沒整理，整體住宿非常不優，但地點離老城方便，鬧中取靜，早餐不錯。

The location is very near to Pile Gate and the bus station, easy to get to everywhere. The staff are kind and helpful. The room is spacious. The breakfast is good and sufficient. Good value for money.

位置十分便利 離舊城區步行不過3分鐘 但又不接近舊城區的人潮 故仍然保持安靜 而價格亦十分實惠 房價已包括早餐 實在値得推薦

位置非常好，就在pile gate公交车站旁边的巷子里，pile gate公交车站四通八达，基本上能去你想去的所有地方。酒店房间很大，房间的实景和上面的照片基本一样，这个还是比较少见。酒店的免费早餐也不错，一切都很完美。 唯一的遗憾就是房间不提供烧水壶，想要热水，得去酒店的餐馆ORHAN。ORHAN旁边就是X-Adventure专门做hayaking的，不知道他们是不是一家，Hayaking的体验棒极了，超值。另外，去之前一定要仔细看预订单，上面说明了酒店的check in是在ORHAN餐馆，我去的时候没注意，结果找了很久。

Peu d'instructions nous ont été données à l'arrivée. L'endroit est très difficile à trouver et il n'y a aucune indication pour se rendre à partir de la rue. L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. Le boyau de la douche était percé.

This was our third stay and it only gets better. First class Hosts and staff very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is superb and can't wait for visit number 4.

Hotel is in a perfect location. Basic room clean and comfortable with a great breakfast.

It was a great location, room was nice and clean. We had an issue with the shower, the water did not drain and shower did not spray. Wife was unable to wash her hair for the days we were there. If you a shower longer then a minute or 2 the water would flood the bathroom floor.

Dennis, who greeted us was excellent. He was warm, welcoming and very professional. He made sure we knew exactly everything we needed to know about the area. Or hand rooms is in an excellent location with a beautiful restaurant and excellent service with a gorgeous view. It’s very peaceful and safe. Thank you very much to Dennis and Rocco at the restaurant. They really made our trip very special!

Chambre propre et bien située par rapport à la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. Toutefois, chambre assez spartiate, mobilier plutôt vieillot, prises électriques qui sortent des murs et surtout plus d'eau chaude dès le 2ème jour. Le propriétaire prévenu ne s'est jamais donné la peine de répondre aux SMS qu'on lui a envoyés et les serveurs du restaurant n'ont rien pu faire.

Très bien situé, le personnel était très agréable

O ponto alto da hospedagem foi, sem dúvida, o serviço de meia pensão: restaurante excelente, jantares incríveis, uma equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa, além de uma vista espetacular. A localização também é maravilhosa. Por outro lado, os quartos são antigos, precisam de manutenção e estão bem abaixo do que as fotos mostram na internet. Após a troca de quarto, o chuveiro com boiler também não esquentava adequadamente. A sensação é de uma infraestrutura básica e envelhecida, distante da expectativa criada. No fim, a melhor experiência foi a gastronomia e o atendimento, não a hospedagem em si.

The staff was most accommodating with information about the property as well as the area. This was most important to a first time visitor. They provided a GREAT Breakfast, complimentary, and discounts when dining at their seaside restaurant. The room was both clean and satisfactory.

Location, location, location! This place was in the perfect spot! View from the property was amazing! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff were friendly and fun. Just outside Pile gate so it was quiet in the evening and easy to access. Our only issue was finding the spot when we checked in but we found it quickly when asking for help. I could not recommend this place enough and hope to return!
