The hotel staff was wonderful. Johann, Elena & Kristina were very helpful & your breakfast was amazing!!! We had a wonderful stay! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice location in the old city/Gamla Stan. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable, and good size for solo traveller. The breakfast was top quality with lots of options and choices. Short walk to Royal Palace and National Museum. Close walk to the ferry to go see Vasa Museum and Viking Museum.

Ett mycket bra hotell. Trevlig personal. Stort rum och inte minst mycket prisvärt. Kommer bo där fler gånger.

It's a nice hotel in a great location for a reasonable price. Hot water could be hotter.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and could not have been happier with our choice of hotel. Perfect location for walking to all of the city sights, right next door to the royal palace and the lovely neighborhood of Old Town. Absolutely wonderful! The rooms are large, which is not common for Swedish hotels, and with a historical feel. The staff is warm and welcoming and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Very good value and service for the location in Gamla Stan.

Great location, nice rooms but the breakfast was a real disappointment. Once we finally managed to find a table, everything foodwise seemed to have run out.

Was really pleased with my stay! Helpful staff, super clean, good lobby, and great location! The only "downside" was that I could only access my room via stairs. Not an issue for me, even with my luggage... just a heads up! I would stay again, even with more luggage!

Excellent. Never been to Stockholm but this hotel was the perfect location to get to everything really easily! Some great restaurants very close by. Hotel was very reasonable for the price. Room was smaller than I expected but comfortable and had character. Onyl negative was their were lots of trip hazards on the ground floor. My friend actually had a very nasty fall. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great too!

Extremely clean hotel.Great breakfast.Extremely helpful and friendly receptionists especially Josephine. A little problem is at the entrance steps when you have to carry a suitcase. The location of the property is also great,near the Royal Palace,the Christmas activities,museums and the pier.The central train station is not far either.

You cannot beat this historic hotel for location to see everything in Stockholm. The staff is unbelievably helpful and so friendly from reception to the breakfast crew. We were treated very well and wanted for nothing. Again…THE ENTIRE STAFF is amazing and welcoming. Tack!

Customer service excellent. The room was smaller than we expected, very little room for two people and two suitcases. Also the bed was supposed to be Queen but seemed more like double.

The breakfast was amazing, an incredible choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect position in the old town and by the water. Wiuld thoroughly recommend.

This is a great hotel located right on the edge of the old town and an easy walk from the metro stations. The complimentary breakfast is excellent and provides a great start to the day.

A lovely typical Swedish hotel with lots of character, the room we had was nice a spacious with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was well laid out with a very good choice of food and drinks. I would have no problem recommending this hotel for a short/long break.

Very nice boutique hotel, situated at water front, easy access to everywhere. Room ok size but no storage in the room. Shower as others reviews, little trouble but enough pressure and hot water. At reception, every one was professional and helpful. Excellent breakfast.
