Hotel is very close to everything mall and airport .. there are walking distance resto and convenience store . Nice hotel

Our first stay in PR was a special one thanks to the awesome hospitality and support from the staff at San Jorge. The cost was affordable and the accommodation was excellent. They addressed everything and even helped navigate our trip 👍’ not to mention the complimentary drinks at the restaurant right next door. Convenient location close to everything and everything we needed was there. This is definitely where we’re when we come to the island 🏝️!!!! 10 out 10!!!!!!

Horrible customer service, a charge of $80 was requested to upgrade because of my kids. I didn't stay, rented a better hotel with great customer service.

Bad parking

Small clean room. Window had issue but not deal breaker. You’ve to park in one of the public parking. Very limited street parking. Public parking is good though. Nice location if you want to be in the center of the town.

Safe was broken shower drain not attached

Quiet, nice for price. Cleanliness not amazing, but acceptable. Furnishings worn but decent. A/C worked great! Would stay again if I got a late flight in or an early one out of San Juan.

Cleanliness. Only complaint was loud music until next day (early hours). Other than that it was perfect!

Cleaning is excellent but checking in is a little tricky with the virtual assistant at the front desk
