非常糟糕！前台服务员都不会搞押金！一周时间还没退回！送机场司机也非常麻烦！不建议入住！！

Room was not available when we tried to check in at 5:30 pm. Reserved and prepaid for a 1 bedroom. Was told there was a “maintenance issue”. We could wait 30-45 minutes while housekeeping cleaned it or take a much smaller room with Mariott points - which I don’t use. Opted to wait. Waited over an hour in the reception area. Couple apparently kept the room late - we were told they were Mariott members so they qualified for late checkout at 4:00 pm. But WHY allow someone to checkout at 4:00 pm when check in for that room is 4:00 pm? Does not make sense to me. I don’t think the couple wanted to change rooms and hoped we would accept a small room. After over an hour we were able to get into the room - about 6:45 pm. Guy who had the room late came and knocked on our door at 9 PM. Said he left something in a kitchen drawer under utensils and wanted to get it back. I let him in to get it. He apologized for the room not being ready and said “I thought they would move our things.” What???? Soda bed is broken. Bottom feet would not straighten so daughter slept on incline. Room is VERY noisy. Bed not so comfortable. I usually love Mariott. Terrible disappointment here.

Clean, complimentary breakfast, close to public transportation, kitchenette in room. Overall, this was a wonderful experience during our 7 days in Boston!

Lovely hotel, clean, nice staff, especially Gretchen at breakfast who worked on her own and did a great job, she made sure we had blueberry muffins and hugged us on our last day, a lovely person. Breakfast was good, I also enjoyed the pool every morning while my husband made use of the gym. Kitchen area in room, comfortable bed. Only issue we had was with the TV at night as it kept cutting out, an engineer came up on three different occasions, eventually fixed it by unplugging everything and switching it on again. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Karen.

Incredible staff and easy to get to all trains and buses for activities.

Great facility at a convenient location for half of the price of other hotels downtown. The staff were very polite and helpful. I’d recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay for our vacation. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Public transit is easy with bus stops across the street that take you to a subway stop 5 minutes away. We felt very safe even when we rode a bus in at 9:00 at night.

Staff was exceptional :)

The room looked clean but the carpet by the bed was damp. Hoping the carpet had just been cleaned I put a towel on the floor to absorb the dampness as my socks got wet after standing on it for a moment. The towel became brown as if it had absorbed a cup of coffee. I called the reception and she sent a maintenance person to make sure there wasn’t a maintenance issue because the carpets had NOT been cleaned. The maintenance person said it smelled like a “chocolate drink” that maybe had spilled. I was so grossed out by this. The shower was also not clean. No compensation was given. Never will I ever stay there again.

Ótimo hotel, porém em um bairro afastado das atrações da cidade Boston, porem com ponto de ônibus do lado e acesso de carro a 10 minutos do centro. Quarto grande, com geladeira e utensílios de cozinha. Cama confortável e banheiro grande. Preço acessível, sendo uma excelente opção para fugir de hotéis caros no centro de Boston. Vale a pena.

The location was very good and accessible to public transportation.

It is too far to Boston but the place is ok

This is an amazing property near to airport. They have free shuttle services to nearby places and airport. There is good connectivity in metro where you can catch the blue line metro from airport station and can go anywhere within minutes. Buy the charlie weekly pass and you can use the bus service SL3 too to come directly to the hotel which is very easy in terms of connectivity

It was a great experience staying at this hotel- staff were nice and helpful, ample breakfast being served, rooms were very nice with a kitchenette.
