Everything was great. The staff are super nice, food and onsen are great.

I'm so excited when alive there so nice place and good view good service at all.

There 's some trouble with check-in at the beginning but everything else was fine. I had a smooth stay.

As great as expected, the open bath is awesome. Lots of place to eat. The only minus point is the place too far away from nearest station.

The room was comfy. We can see Fuji san from our window. The blanket were so soft. The onsen was so relaxing especially the outdoor onsen. They has small play area for children in common space. The staff were helpful. There're a lot of parking spaces.

住宿条件非常好。这里还有温泉。酒店内设有一间餐厅。旁边有一家Daiso商店。酒店对面有一家便利店。总体来说一切都很好。

Near with fuji Q highland and close with 7elenven, have to see mount fuji with clearly from our back hotel and have free to onsen in hotel, so happy to stay here with a good price.

Dari luar jendela kamar bisa terlihat gunung Fuji, cuaca dingin dan banyak restoran di sekitarnya. Recommended.

Good place... very clean.. near restaurant and daiso .. good for family vacation..

ห้องพักสะอาดกว้างดี มีวิวภูเขาไฟฟูจิอยู่ด้านหลัง ตื่นนอนมาเปิดหน้าต่างก็จะเห็นภูเขาไฟฟูจิเลยเต็มๆ ผมกับครอบครัวพักชั้น 3 (โรงแรมมี 4 ชั้น) มีที่จอดรถกว้างขวางข้างหน้าโรงแรม อาหารเช้ามีบริการเป็น Japanese breakfast พนักงานต้อนรับแจ้งตอนเช็คอิน (อาหารเช้าแบบญี่ปุ่น นอกจากอาหารแบบคนญี่ปุ่นแล้ว ไข่จะมีเฉพาะไข่ต้ม (boiled egg ไม่มี scramble eggs ราคาคนละ 700 เยน พอดีอยากทาน scramble egg ก็เลยไม่ได้จอง หน้าปากทางเข้าโรงแรมข้ามถนนไปอีกฝั่งก็มีร้าน kfc ร้านสะดวกซื้อ และร้านอาหารประเภทปิ้งๆเป็นเซ็ต ร้านประเภทปิ้งๆเป็นเซ็ต ก่อนเข้าไปทานที่โต๊ะต้องถอดรองเท้าใส่ในตู้ใส่รองเท้าแบบมีฝาปิด ก็ได้บรรยากาศแบบญี่ปุ่นครับ ผมกับครอบครัวทานไป 1 มื้อ ตอนกลางคืนหลังจากกลับจากเที่ยวข้างนอกอีกหนึ่งมื้อก็ทานที่ kfc เมนูก็หลากหลายเช่นกัน ลูกชายติดใจไก่ไม่มีกระดูกเพราะกรอบและชิ้นใหญ่กว่าของไทย ส่วนร้านสะดวกซื้อก็ฝั่งตรงข้าม (ฝั่งเดียวกับห้องอาหารและ kfc) มีเกือบทุกอย่าง (พัก 2 คืนครับ เช่ารถขับตั้งแต่มัสสึโมโต้มาถึงคาวากูชิโกะพัก 2 คืนแล้วไปคืนรถที่สนามบินนาริตะ ก็คือเช็คเอ้าท์จากโอมาจิ นั่งรถไฟมาเอารถมัตสึโมโต้แล้วก็ขับมาคาวาเที่ยวก่อนแล้วค่อยมาเช็คอินกลางคืน (เวลาเช็คอินคือบ่ายสามส่วนเช็คเอ้าท์คือสิบโมงเช้า เช่ารถขับสะดวกสุด แนะนำ) พนักงานต้อนรับก็อัธยาศัยดีครับ แนะนำครับถ้าไม่มีที่อื่นที่อยู่ในใจ

旅馆周围有很多餐厅，包括 Mc MCC、Raman 等。酒店旁边就是Daiso。如果3-4人一起旅行，乘坐出租车去川口站会更便宜。我们三人住在一间可以看到富士山的房间。非常美丽和清晰。在芙蓉度假酒店 (Resort Inn Fuyo) 的住宿体验非常棒。

This place is very nice and convenient. Good location and service

卧室和浴室宽敞、干净、设施齐全。公共区域配有微波炉。您可以步行到温泉。房间可以清晰地看到富士山。适合租车自驾的人士。距离湖边富士观景点仅十分钟路程。

I’d apreciate to review this hotel, this hotel is amazing cleaning model and good view, we can see Mt.Fuji from out window the onsen spring is great also, the most thing that I impressive I for got my bag on the local bus in the evening and no bus staff stay at the station, We didn't know how to do and we ask the front office staff at the hotel then the staff name Tomorou contact the office bus station immediately but unfortunately the office was close, and then we go out for dinner and when we back to hotel the staff call me at the front he said he found my bag!! I am so proud of the staff and people in Japan how the lucky I was that I chose this hotel. Thank you so much. Best regards.

ห้องพักสะอาดดีมาก อ่างออนเซนก็ดี (ถึงคนจะเยอะบ้างบางเวลา) การบริการก็ดี แต่การเดินทางอาจจะลำบากหน่อย ไปไหนมาไหนไม่ค่อยมีขนส่งสาธารณะ อาจจะต้องเดินไกลหน่อย

This hotel it very nice, onzen very good to try, from kawaguchiko station. Will be take the train to fujisan station and walk 10-15 min. And next day. You walk back to fujisan station take bus to oshino hakkai. Or back to kawaguchiko. That easy. Good staff and area. I will be back sure
