it was idealy located walking distance from the mall, hotel itself was very clean, rooms were comfy and spacious, 20 minutes from downtown Austin

Clean, comfy, and excellent service

Family out for two nights. This place was Very clean, spacious and Suite room with king size bed was very comfortable, Couch was able to convert to bed. Bathroom very spacious and clean, Kitchen facilities including fridge, cook top, and microwave. Breakfast was amazing, very healthy options available. Three star hotel I never seen berries and fresh yoghurt and other healthy food.

Was a wonderful stay. The room was perfect and staff exceptional. We will stay again.

Fridge had a funky smell and was not very cold. Parking is no longer free if you stay, $7 a day. The breakfast spread was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff were friendly, provided excellent information, and it was a quick check in and out. Very accessible property, a wonderful breakfast and many options for all. I highly recommend this property.

I slept good however others complained the beds were too firm. I had an unexpected charge for parking, I feel that should be included in the fee and/or made known during the booking process. I couldn't get the TV to work.

Definitely staying here again. Easy access, plentiful parking, near the Domain shopping and dining - perfect!

Rude staff and indolent house keepers. My wife called to ask about charging on property immediately after check in and the desk clerk was flippant in response and hung up on her. We tried to get a house keeper to turn over our room and they said they wouldn't unless we called the front desk to schedule it; we stayed 5 nights. They charge for parking, the Residence Inn that shares a driveway with them does not. The breakfast attendant was awesome though, super sweet and helpful.
