Everything is great , location staff hotel all good!

我們是10月尾，住了兩晚在3/F豪華露台套房，看到小小海景，環境清靜，房間好舒適，床好舒服睡得好好，早餐好味，服務好好，前檯的服務員非常熱心，會給你好的旅遊資料 。酒店則也有餐廳，咖啡室和小食店，超級市場，非常方便，步行到舊皇宮約15-20分鐘，附近有巴士可到。

Rooms were clean and comfortable. WiFi wasn’t great, and we were disappointed that the advertised spa was only available when booking the penthouse suite.

I didn’t use the pool but had breakfast and it was good and enjoyable.👍

Great little hotel in Split. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable: a little dated and the bathroom had a faint drainage smell, but that didn't bother us. About 25 mins walk into the old town and 10-20 minutes walk from some lovely beaches; great location as rideshares into town were only around 5 euros. Staff were friendly and very helpful! We liked the Nutella pancakes at breakfast especially. Konoba restaurant a couple of doors down is wonderful too, would recommend. Would absolutely stay here again in Split.

Friendly welcoming team at the hotel and room cleanliness was to a high standard. Would recommend due to its proximity to a small beach cove and 20min walking distance to the old town

Dårlig lukt på badet og beskjeden men helt ok frokost. Veldig rent, også på terassen. Hyggelig betjening.

Room was a little dated however very clean and big with a very comfortable bed. I would recommend!

Rooms are tired and shabby. The shower is so small the entire bathroom floor gets wet. Toerls were well worn. Not all sockets in the room allowed devices to be charged. The room was noisy first thing in the morning. Overall, the hotel does not live up to its name and the photos are deceiving. That said, it served its purpose and whilst breakfast was limited there was something to eat before exploring Split

Lovely boutique hotel. Large comfy rooms all individually decorated. The huge bed was sooo comfortable. The pool looks larger in the photos but still nice, with loungers and large umbrellas.There is no shallow end so not really suitable for children. Although the website says breakfast is extra, it is included for everyone, with lots of choice. A real bonus!!

Das Wort Luxery kommt nur im Namen vor. Die Unterkunft ist heruntergekommen, alt und Sanierungsbedürftig. Fleckige Teppich, defekte Duschbrause, Schimmel an den Fliesen und Ameisen auf dem Frühstück Buffet. Die Bilder entsprechen keineswegs den was es ist. ES IST KEIN LUXUS APPARTEMENT!!!

We loved the rooftop suite deck. There was no living room or kitchen but the morning breakfast was phenomenal and the place was very clean and safe. The staff was outstanding!!! Proximity to bars, restaurants and grocery was great.

Our stay started off well enough, in a 2 bedroom suite and dining area. The toilet had a sewer smell which we reported, we bought toilet cleaner to manage the smell for our trip, not a big issue. However, on our last night we came back to darkness, there was no electricity in the room. We had noticed water dripping from the A/C unit even though we haven’t used it. Contacted the reception who offered us a 1 bedroom, which we didn’t want after paying for a 2. While these conversations were taking place after 11pm we heard the dripping and then realised the water was running down the walls from upstairs gushing into the electric box. I had to ask for water and we didn’t receive a sorry, a second bed was set up for us which was great, but overall the customer service was awful, considering the amount of issues we had to deal with in one night, using the lights on phones to gather our stuff in darkness to move rooms. I reported this to Expedia who initiated a request for a partial refund which was ignored by the property. Location is good just watch out for the constant dripping from the AC units landing around the building.

Good location with easy 20 minute walk to the historic sites. Wonderful, helpful staff that accommodated our parking needs so that we didn’t have to mess with parking near the downtown area. Nice apartments with plenty of room. Excellent breakfast! Very happy with our experience.

Absolut godkänt i enlighet med pris. Det rum vi bokat (med 2 sovrum) var dubbelbokat tyvärr men de löste det ändå bra med att vi fick kombinera 2 separata rum, men lite synd att vi inte fick rummet vi bokat.
