This is the second time staying at Cousins.we love staying there

I would date our stay excellent. HOWEVER, we were very disappointed that one of our party was assigned an upstairs room. Since we had prepaid, and I had specifically requested ground floor rooms due to issues with stairs, we were unhappy. Even though we were not the first ones to check in, we were prepaid and should have gotten what we requested. Hopefully this won't happen next time.

The restaurant was the highlight because of the delicious food & great service. Everyone who worked there was great - always a friendly smile & willingness to make our stay great. The room was affordable- but old & wornout.

The room we stayed in was big for the cost, plus it was pet friendly.

This was just a quick stay on our way to the beach and we would definitely stay again. Clean. Quiet, good value for the price we paid.

Its just a great place to stay! All the staff on site are amazing and so understanding and have such empathy due to the circumstances I was under!!!! This was my 2nd stay and we're staying again next month!!!!

This was a nice budget option - clean room, perks like cookies at reception and free DVDs to borrow, cute branding.

Coffee in lobby made up for poor quality in room. Stained toilet and bathroom wallpaper peeling.

When we were making reservations it stated that it was wonderful but it was average and the lock of the door was malfunctioning

At one time, this was undoubtedly an exceptional property. It's time has passed. It needs a lot of maintenance. It seems anyone can park in their lot since motel guests are looking for parking places. The rooms are adequate but not much more than average.

Staff were very welcoming and professional. Facility is older, but well maintained.

People were great but the hotel appears run down. Very clean room but the toilet moved every time you down floor was not solid

Clean, large room with good wifi & bar fridge. Friendly staff. Perfect for one night stopover before getting to our destination.

We have stayed here multiple times to visit family in the area. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant on site is very good and we got a discount for food with our hotel stay. Will stay here again!
