Saya kaget d kasih kamar yang pojok, melewati barang property, pas masuk bau rokok, saya ganti kamar tapi saya lihat acnya d atas kasur. Hotel ini budget banget. Jalan antar kamar kecil sekali. Saya cancel, uang saya nggak bisa balik. Ikhlaslah dari pada nggak bisa tidur.

It's convenient for me to stay at this hotel when outstation nearby this area. The hotel is next to the lrt station, within 10minutes walking distance.

Bilik kecil sangat, tak nampak macam dalam gambar. tak sesuai ekspetasi, tak ada sabun. dinding bilik kotor macam tumpahan air, tapi macam tak terurus.

Penginapan yang paling teruk sepanjang saya berurusan dengan hotel-hotel di Malaysia. Air cond rosak, bila dimaklum kepada pekerja, mereka buat tak kisah dan saya dan family dalam kepanasan dalam bilik dan malam yang sama terpaksa saya chek out. saya menginap dibilik 601 tgkt 6. lif rosak mulai tgkt 1 hingga tgkat 6. saya n fmly terpaksa naik tangga dari tingkat 1 hingga ke tgkat 6. Cuba anda bygkan dengan brg yang banyak dan saya amat kecewa perkhidmatan dan layan hotel ini. saya mohon maaf atas komen saya ini tapi iklas saya katakan amat kecewa tambahan sikap pekerja hotel ini.

Water heater dripping non stop, very disturbing cannot sleep well. Aircond not cold. Body soup not provided and the room condition also a bit run down. Need more improvement. Counter staff also not friendly and slow motion in carrying out their duty. Room deposit insisted to pay cash, cannot use credit cards, what a rubbish excuses.

Untuk yang pertama kali tidak menyenangkan, tapi untuk yang ke 2 kali saya dapat kamar yang bersih, AC-nya juga tidak bocor meskipun kurang dingin. Cuma tidak disediakan pasta gigi. Jadi kita mesti bawa pasta gigi sendiri, untuk pelayanannya cukup ramah, harga juga murah.

AC bocor, kamar mandi tidak ada disediakan pasta giginya sikat gigi. Tidak disediakan mineral water.

Bilik ada bau yang kurang menyenangkan. Bilik mandi tidak dicuci dengan betul kerana terdapat rambut di tempat pembuangan air.

Price are cheaper but unsatisfied with the room. I'm very sure the staff aware with the condition of the air conditioning unit that leaks because they already put a towel under the airconditioner unit but they still put me in that room.
