The hotel is a good bargin for the price you pay. Very hard for sea swimming so your stuck to the pool. Food and beverage is very poor. But again for the amount your paying you cant really complain. I ate all my dinners in outside local restaurant. If with family and on a budget then its ok.

We came here for our honeymoon with our two young children, and unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had. Our swim-up room was beautiful, newly renovated and exactly what we had hoped for. The person cleaning our room every day was absolutely exceptional, kind and professional. Despite paying extra for a private swim-up area, many other guests used the area outside our room, which took away the privacy and exclusivity we paid for. The overall atmosphere was very disappointing. Many employees seemed unhappy, unwelcoming and unwilling to help. Even simple requests, such as missing cutlery in the buffet, were met with eye-rolling and frustration. The towel station was a daily struggle. On two occasions, staff refused to provide all four towel cards despite us returning four towels. We had to involve management to solve it. Another time, I was first in line but the employee chose to serve the man behind me instead. I was told to take my dirty towel to reception instead. This felt disrespectful. The value for money is simply not there. Drinks were served in tiny plastic cups, some pools had no service, and the hospitality at the main bars was extremely poor. The public toilets were dirty and sometimes not working. We also used the hotel photographer and were charged almost 1,000 EGP more, like scamming. The receptionist were agressive, dismissive and not welcoming feedback. Hotel don’t respect women, Europeans and dislike kids

Sejour decevant. On nous a logé dans des chambres vieillottes et salle de bain mediocre. Le personnel nous a dédommager en nous proposant un diner en plein air .

WiFi coverage is a BIG issue here - priority that needs to get fixed - ASAP An ideal place if you have a young family - under 5’s love it here - no suitable for other stays (At ALL) As for the ‘beach bar’ not having any Ice … just a joke

Anfangs war das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, doch das ließ schnell nach. Man merkte deutlich, dass viele keine Lust hatten zu arbeiten. Besonders unangenehm war die aufdringliche Trinkgeld-Erwartung – wer nichts gab, wurde spürbar unfreundlich behandelt. Das Hotel hat keinen Lift, was mit Kinderwagen extrem unpraktisch ist. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft, das Essen eintönig und nichts Besonderes. Zudem war es von morgens bis Mitternacht wegen Baustellen unglaublich laut, sodass Schlaf kaum möglich war. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns von vorne bis hinten abgezockt. Mein erster und letzter Besuch in diesem Land

Las fotos de la habitación no tienen nada q ver con la realidad, una habitación sucia y vieja llena de manchas y muebles en muy mal estado, baño con manchas q daba miedo entrar, 3 días sin wifi y no te dan solución ninguna, te limpian la habitación y te dejan sin toallas, tampoco te dejan papel higiénico, el teléfono de la habitación no funciona así q tienes q ir hasta la recepción, tiene 3 restaurantes q tienes q reservar y piensas q vas a comer algo diferente y nada haces una fila de 30 minutos para reservar y la carta son 8 platos así q pierdes el tiempo. En los buffet la variedad no existe siempre la misma comida no se si no prueban las patatas porque se te puede partir un diente de lo duras q son. Nos cambian de habitación a los 4 días por el malestar q teníamos y mejoro algo la habitación pero la ducha tenía mal el grifo y había q pelear con eso para q el agua saliera templada y no caliente, se reclama 3 veces hasta q al tercer día por fin envían a alguien q lo revisa dice q vuelve en 10 minutos y nunca vuelve. No se recomienda este hotel corran lejos de él se los aseguro. El personal si es muy amable y servicial, las instalaciones de la piscina y la playa son buenas, actividades un tanto lo mismo todos los días.

Surely “once upon a time” used to be a very luxurious resort… now would need quite a bit of renovation. The Casino is closed, the rooms are nice and spacious but in many parts the paint is peeling off, dusty closet doors, shower faucets in poor condition and clogged drain. Service is scarce. There is no care for details. Gorgeous gardens.

Chambre parfaite, plage rocheuses magnifique avec un casque de plongée, les piscines max 1m50 de profondeur pas intéressant. Et pour l nourriture je donne 1/10 c'est le point faible de l'hôtel

Ottimo resort qualità prezzo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Buono il cibo del ristorante "italiano" al piano terra. Ristorante al primo piano più locale e speziato. Grande piscina pulita con lettini e ombrelloni. Fantastico l'aquapark di fronte alla hall con scivoli per bambini ma anche per i più grandi. Camera spaziosa con pulizia giornaliera, cambio asciugamani e 2 bottigliette d'acqua da 600ml. Mare poco accessibile con bambini ma barriera corallina raggiungibile tramite passerella, bellissima!!! Ottima animazione non invadente con varie attività giornaliere.

La struttura si presenta come i classici Resort di Sharm El Sheik, peccato la mancata presenza di alcuni aspetti fondamentali che non hanno reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole. 1. Odori di fogna, (credo) dovuti all’irrigazione, presente sia nel bagno della camera la mattina che al di fuori della struttura la sera. Per non parlare dell’odore di aglio nella hall ad orario di pranzo. 2. Cibo poco curato e scarso: come nei classici resort è presente il buffet ma non è ben controllato, questo porta disordine e mancanza di igiene. 3. Poca presenza dello staff: al check-in non c’è stato spiegato come funzionava il resort (orari, servizi, trasporti, animazione) e non presenti nei luoghi del pasto 4. Otelin genel görüntüsü iyiydi. Fakat odalarda bulunan yataklar berbattı. Yatak böcekleri bit ve preden şüphelendiğim onlarca böcek yüzünden tiksinti duydum. Ayrıca saat gece birden sonra arıtışmış su ile çim ve Bitki sulaması yapılmaya başladıktan sonra lağım kokusu her yeri sarıyor. Ayrıca o saatten sonra odayı böcekler basmaya başlıyor. Hem kişisel hem de hijyenik sebeplerden dolayı 8 günlük tatilimi 3 gününde ücret iadesi istememe rağmen kalan paramın iadesini alamadan ayrıldım. Tavsiye etmiyorum
