Nice hotel

Their breakfast is so good and has lots of variety The room was spacious and comfortable and good room service

Every thing was perfect at all the levels , the staff was amazing, excellent breakfast, the pool & the spa very good.

First class hotel with excellent service and accommodating staff. Restaurant was superb. Some rooms are smaller than one would expect for a hotel of this price-point, but staff was able to move me to a larger room with a lovely view.

Unfortunately it is a smokers paradise. Lobby and entire ground floor is smoking. In the mornings to go skiing we walk down the stairs from floor 3 and the smoke still is so heavy. The Non smoking is in the lower area far away and filled with kids. There are far better ways of catering to both audiences. Staff was amazing, food, location were all world class. We unfortunately won’t return.

very nice, old fashioned grand hotel with very good service

We had an amazing time. We were there with our three boys. The general managers greeted us upon check in and bid us a farewell on our departure. Very happy with our stay.

Not sure how much value my comments can add. I had an amazing stay. Easily one of my best ski holidays ever. Yes, the rooms may not be cheap, but it is worth every Swiss Franc you pay.

This hotel is class act! It's a 5 star hotel that should be in a class by itself as a 6 star. Every aspect of dealing with hotel staff to the comfortable rooms was excellent. We were engaged twice by the hotel managers. Once for a cocktail hour and a second just prior to leaving and thanking us for joining them. Ski rental equipment at the hotel was top notch and it was awesome to be able to ski in and out right from the hotel. Only wish that I had stayed longer.

No detail is overlooked at the Suvretta House. The rooms are extremely spacious, the level of service extremely professional, courteous, and prompt, and the facilities first class. The hotel offers a splendid view of the surrounding mountains and lakes. The restaurants are excellent, and the spa, pool, and gym top notch. For a superb stay in St. Moritz, Suvretta House is a wonderful choice.

It is an absolutely fabulous hotel. The management can not be equaled. We were so impressed with the detail to which everything was cared for. The staff from top to bottom is exceptionally well trained and very pleasant. The staff knew us by name which is highly unusual in a hotel of its size. Our only problem is that we will be comparing other 5 star hotels with the Suvretta Haus and be disappointed. We are looking forward to another visit to the paradise of this wonderful hotel.

There are a number of great hotels around the world, but Suvretta House stands out. Every aspect, every little detail was beyond (my very high) expectations. Location, service and facilities were just exceptional. All this with old world charm and chic, while being extremely welcoming. The food also was top notch. Our favorite restaurant in St Moritz is definitely Chalet Chaselas, the hotel’s restaurant on the slopes

Elegant hotel, superb staff, friendly management, every kind of pleasure from day to night. We were there during the summer season, which is surely a more quiet time for the hotel. But still we were made to feel at home, and always appreciated, with our names remembered from the first day. We look forward to visiting again very soon.
