Their breakfast is so good and has lots of variety The room was spacious and comfortable and good room service

Every thing was perfect at all the levels , the staff was amazing, excellent breakfast, the pool & the spa very good.

First class hotel with excellent service and accommodating staff. Restaurant was superb. Some rooms are smaller than one would expect for a hotel of this price-point, but staff was able to move me to a larger room with a lovely view.

Unfortunately it is a smokers paradise. Lobby and entire ground floor is smoking. In the mornings to go skiing we walk down the stairs from floor 3 and the smoke still is so heavy. The Non smoking is in the lower area far away and filled with kids. There are far better ways of catering to both audiences. Staff was amazing, food, location were all world class. We unfortunately won’t return.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr gute und nette Betreuung von A-Z durch ein sehr aufmerksames Personal während unseres Kurzaufenthalts. Man fühlte sich absolut willkommen. Kleine Anmerkung, es wäre nett die Toiletten mit Softclose-Deckeln auszurüsten, die Derzeitigen knallen mit Krach auf die Brille. Aber wir nehmen an, dass Sie laufend Anpassungen vornehmen, was bei einem so grossen und exklusiven Gebäude eine stetige Herausforderung darstellt. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute und verbleiben mit einem herzlichen “uf Wiederluege”

We love this hotel. The view from our room (lake view) was fantastic. Most likely the best skiroom in the area. The staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you team Suvretta House!

Hôtel mythique, toujours merveilleux d'y retourner

We had an amazing time. We were there with our three boys. The general managers greeted us upon check in and bid us a farewell on our departure. Very happy with our stay.

Not sure how much value my comments can add. I had an amazing stay. Easily one of my best ski holidays ever. Yes, the rooms may not be cheap, but it is worth every Swiss Franc you pay.

This hotel is class act! It's a 5 star hotel that should be in a class by itself as a 6 star. Every aspect of dealing with hotel staff to the comfortable rooms was excellent. We were engaged twice by the hotel managers. Once for a cocktail hour and a second just prior to leaving and thanking us for joining them. Ski rental equipment at the hotel was top notch and it was awesome to be able to ski in and out right from the hotel. Only wish that I had stayed longer.
