位置距離火車站二十分鐘步程，位置還好 沒有電梯，需要抬行李上二樓登記，再上一層到房間 房間小但舒適，床很大也很舒服，洗手間整潔 整體也滿滿，推薦

首先，wifi速度比樓下某連鎖咖啡店快，但是你在微信朋友圈貼圖搜尋地點的時候，就經常失靈。 還有，沒有升降機，拿重行李的客人要三思，因為不是每個酒店職員會幫你從樓下把行李拿上房。 另外，酒店非擁有整棟樓宇，故此當你剛剛到達，你要按門口的門鈴，但是要非常久才有人應答。 第四，酒店晚上鎖門，所以，外出要帶酒店的大門鑰匙。 第五，洗澡的水壓不夠大。 好的地方，職員耐心講解設施如何使用。 床非常舒服。 從機場過來，搭175路公交車，車費才4.4波蘭貨幣，臨近華沙大學，老城區，觀光方便。

Location is perfect and really quiet! C/P value is just worthy. For sure I will visit again if I go back ^^

Excellent location to one of the best areas in Warsaw, yet very quiet.

This is a very clean great place to stay conveniently located. Beware there is no elevator. Also, in the building where we stayed there is no check in counter. You need to call the number in your reservation for them to come and let you into the building. It took us 20 minutes to connect to someone to come and open the door.

Ottimo appartamento in centro città. Comodissimo. Colazione a pagamento esterna alla struttura, ma molto buona. Camere spaziose, bagni puliti

Recommended! Super cute place, excellent location. Just make sure to schedule with property luggage storage for before check in, a head of time. Other than that, GREAT!

The property was priced well below comparable options in the area. The apartment was newly renovated and well appointed. The staff were Very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and parking was conveniently located behind the property, but for an additional fee. Breakfast is prepared by a team of chefs and was very nice, but also for a small additional fee. The only drawback to the hotel/apartment is that there is no elevator. We were located in apartment 9 so 5 flights of stairs with bags was a bit tedious (small bother considering Everything else was wonderful)

Muy céntrico, perfecto para acercarse al casco antiguo, ir hasta el gran parque del sur, pasear por la orilla del río o visitar la zona más moderna de Varsovia. El ambiente por la noche alrededor del apartamento es muy bueno para salir a cenar o tomar algo, pero la calle es muy tranquila para dormir. El apartamento es amplio, bien equipado, incluso te ponen una botella de agua todos los días, buena iluminación exterior e interior, cama muy cómoda, baño perfectamente equipado y plancha y caja fuerte. El desayuno es muy bueno, en un ambiente muy agradable, merece la pena.

立地条件も良く、設備も、まあまあ良かった。 部屋は広く、シャワーのみだが、優れていた。 コーヒーメーカー、無料の水、設備は良かった。 予めチェックインの時間を連絡していたが、チェックイン 時き、レセプションに誰もおらず、ベルを鳴らしても返事が無く、結局電話しなければならなかった(自己負担). 夜中に、火災報知器が鳴り続けたのlに、レセプションの対応が無く驚いた。 ブレックファーストは非常に良かった。スタッフはとてもフレンドリー。

I really enjoyed this place. It was just so thoughtfully laid out and put together. The breakfast is really delicious and the front desk is helpful. WiFi was great. The AC unit was a squeaky, but cooled the room well. I did sleep with my white noise app to cover the sounds of the random strains of the AC. Street noise wasn't really a problem as it is away from the main street. Location was great. Walkable to everything.

朝日の射し込む可愛いキッチンで食べた朝食は今回の旅の素晴らしい思い出になりました。スクランブルエッグ、オムレット、フレンチトースト、パンケーキから選ぶとその場で作ってくれます。盛りつけも綺麗で、バジルやミントはキッチンで育てているものを摘んで使っていました。部屋もシンプルながらセンスに光るものがあります。英語対応も完璧です。

+ sehr schöne Zimmer, extrem sauber, frisches Obst auf dem Zimmer, kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, jeden Tag eine neue Flasche Wasser bekommen, Frühstück mit Omlett, Pfannkuchen, French Toast u.v.m. gebackenem Brot + Kuchen, Hotel ist direkt am Königsweg. Parken: Rechts neben dem Hauseingang befindet sich die Durchfahrt zum Hinterhof. Dort ist eine Schranke, sie kann durch einen Magnetchip geöffnet werden. Man muss an der Rezeption anrufen, dann kommt eine Mitarbeiterin runter. Im Innenhof gehören 4 o. 5 Parkplätze zum Sleep Well. - viele Treppen, kein Fahrstuhl (7 Stück mit gefühlt unzähligen Stufen), keine Klimaanlage, kein Ganzkörperspiegel, schlechtes Licht im Bad
