Amazing location, good communication with staff

Bel hôtel au cœur du vieux Qc. Tout est très près.

Beautiful historic building easy walking to restaurants and sights of the city. Limited on site parking needs to be booked in advance. Although it’s self check in we still found staff was very helpful on our arrival. Very comfortable bed and room with small fridge and Nespresso machine. You may have to walk up a circular stairway to your floor which might be challenging for some.

The only positive thing about the hotel itc location. Location is great. AC was good. The smallest TV I ever sean.

The location is pretty well, close to Frontenac and Petit Champlain, and there are many great restaurants around it. The whole building is quaint and the room is unique. However, the air condition in the room doesn’t work well. And there is some hair on the towel.

Ideal location for exploring Quebec City, a very short walking distance from the center. Stylish rooms, bathroom could be modernized for practical use. Customer service is very attentive even though it is by email and text only.

This property was beautiful and very well kept. The location was great and easy to navigate around the city. Loved the fact the we could leave our luggage ahead of checking in but would have been better if it was lockable. Would definitely stay again!

There is a virtual check in/front desk. We had no trouble with this. We pre booked parking and had a little trouble navigating the one way streets but directions and map were provided and very helpful. We stayed on the third floor facing rue St Louis. Felt very authentic and historic. Bed was good not great. Bathroom renovated and spotless. TV great, didn't use coffee machine it was nespresso. Ice machine in basement. Felt odd to be unsupervised in this beautiful historic building. Very quick reply via texting if you book through third party site like Expedia it's easier to communicate directly instead of through Expedia. We didn't see how this property would be accessible for disabled individuals but perhaps we didn't see that side of the building.

We loved the location and the hotel. Nevertheless, we did have 2 major problems, 1. Originally, i booked one night but prior arriving i tried to modified it to two nights. I talked to Expedia and the hotel staff and both told me that everything was booked. Yet, i could reserve 2 rooms. So, we stayed in one night in one room, checked out with our luggage and then when we had to check in to the second room,,,, we discovered it was the same room, without being cleaned. There is definitely a communication gap between expedia and this hotel. 2. We stayed on the third floor, as beautiful as it is. the third floor is not for the ones with weak knees. Please plan in your convenience. 3. Besides that, it was a wonderful stay.

Great, quiet and clean room. I wish there were more parking spots, but I guess it's normal in old Quebec.

We had a great overall stay. The hotel was within walking distance to most major points of interests. The hotel and Old Quebec were visually stunning and provided an “Old Country” feel.

Great location

Super clean with a luxurious, antique vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning made for a perfect night's sleep. The suite is beautifully appointed, featuring a lovely hearth in the sitting room, large bathroom, and plenty of excellent lighting options

Easy check in and check out. The staff responded quickly to all questions that were asked by phone. The rooms were clean and quiet. Loved the exposed brick wall, definitely added personality to the room. Very conveniently located in Old Quebec. Only downside is parking. The garages are small (luckily not far off site) hotel offers parking but you need to make a reservation before. Recommend having a small car so you can fit in the parking spots.
