Cleanliness ok. But their bunk bed is really dangerous if you get their top level. I bump my head multiple times by just sitting and I am short <160 cm. The staircase going down is also slippery and if fell down itself high and high risk to get injured. Otherwise the staffs are friendly. You will need to pay for the sheets for additional charge and city tax.
