訂房時提到的一些服務或設備，其實根本沒有提供，例如：停車位、咖啡或茶，而且房間內沒有熱水壺可以燒開水，也沒有茶杯，幾乎一般能想到該有的東西都沒有，非常簡陋的一間Hotel。

There was no check-in information and entry code until 9 PM. Despite booking a triple room, we were given 2 small 1.2m wide beds. No one offered help, and there were no extra pillows or blanket. The bathroom was dirty and outdated. The entire hotel is under renovation, filled with strong odors and noise. There are only 3-4 parking spots, and next to the hotel is a construction site that starts work promptly at 7:30 AM. If you don’t want to sleep, this is the perfect place for you.

Bathroom was too small. The tv turned on but I had no access to regular tv channels. The only option was to log onto youtube or the accuweather app. Shortly after arriving from a long day of travel, I got in bed to rest and was abruptly woken up by a test fire alarm. Customer service was prompt when I did reach out and they were very polite.

Clean and well designed. Great communication about check in and check out. Would stay again!

I consider it only so so.the Juice was terrible, they should have scramble eggs, not only hard boil eggs.

Room was fine during my stay and location was convenient by the tour bus stops and local supermarkets.

Check all drawers when cleaning. Staff that responded to me agreed to do this going forward though

Todo funcionó perfecto. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el desayuno, ya que el restaurante no sabía, llamamos al número de atención al cliente del hotel y el 5 minutos estaba resuelvo. Creo que es un problema cuando uno hace la reserva con Expedía, ya que esto nos pasó otra vez más en otro hotel que también reservamos con expedía. En el lobby hay un teléfono para contactar al personal

The room was spotless and large. The tv screen was huge even though we never used it.
