Overall, we had a good experience. The room was clean, I do wish that I could have talked to somebody in person if I needed something, but in general, it is a good experience.

Was a nice place for a quick stop over. Note to the owner: the bathroom smelled like mildew. You need to change the shower curtain.

The property was in a good location. It wasn't too far from town. We were able to store our luggage with no issues after a very early flight into Reykjavik. My code wasn't working at first, but it was simple to contact the hotel and resolution was immediate. The only complaint is there was no a/c unit (which I know it normal in Europe)... however, the room was VERY warm when we arrived. We were able to open the window which fixed that issue but it wouldn't stay propped open so we had to rig it a bit. Overall, it was an easy process & we would stay here again!

1. self check in and no communication before. 2. location is not good (1 mile from activity) 3. Poor visibility - we were dropped off on the corner and could not find the hotel (down side road) 4. Weeds around property. Looked shabby Do not stay here!

In a construction area, very inconvenient to get to and parking is very poor The shower is extremely small and awkward! Would not recommend

I loved staying here! This was very quiet and the other guests were always so nice. I really enjoyed the electronic self check in and not having a key to the door. It was very affordable and clean. Great experience!!

The room had no air conditioning but a huge glass window that allowed the sun to bake the room; temperatures in the room in tolerable. Also - reservation was made for the same day occupation; was told I would be sent an email within a few days. Obviously, since it is a remote check-in – that is not good enough.

Great location, quiet area, clean apartment. Only issue was free parking was hard to find. Other than that, great stay!

There wasn’t a front desk but the hotel operated so smoothly with everything you needed in the room or in the linen closet. I would recommend and stay here again it was within walking distant from a few shops

Great hotel

A little far from the downtown core but okay with scooters and a bit of a walk. Nice hotel, 1 star removed for conflicting information regarding housekeeping between different communication methods.

The room was ok, very basic but it was clean. There was no kettle provided in the room nor any drinks options in any communal areas.... this was unexpected as it didnt state that a kettle wouldn't be available. After landing at the airport late in the evening, we bought some 'instant noodles' knowing restaurants would be close at that time, so it was very frustrating to get to our room and find no amenities or way or making a drinknor food. There was also very limited parking outside. With no reception or front desk, you were left with limited information.
