The most terrible hotel I have ever stayed at. No concierge, you have to input pin code to enter the hotel and search front desk for a note with your name on it and the key for you. No hair dryer in the room. Any thing you need help, come to the front desk and there is a phone there. Use it to call concierge to make requests. He will tell you to ask house keeper for help. You will have to search all the hotel for the house keeper for help, but she doesn't speak English. If you stay here over 2 nights, you will realize there is no room service. No concierge, just try to let the house keeper understand what you want.

Location is good, bus stop right outside. Room is clean and comfy, there’s water tap in the room. Bathroom is shared one outside. Restaurants nearby open till late. We stayed for one night since early flight the next day and is satisfy with everything.

The hostel is close to the main streets at Reykjavik and also the bus stop to the airport. It does not have lift so if your suitcase is heavy, u may have to lift up your suitcase for few floors. Good for short stay.

There is no hair dryer in the room. Rmb to email front desk to place one in ur room as there is no one in front desks at night (most of time is empty) Location is very good, just next to the bus stop no. 3 which is one of pick up point for tours and bus to airport.

Really convenience place. Bust stop no.3 is just outside the guesthouse. Room is big enough but a little bit noisy. They do not change the towels everyday.

住在第2層, 需要一些氣力搬喼 入住時, 看到counter 既key 再自行入住 房間有露台 很喜歡啊 但沒有風筒, 洗手間很大啊, 地下是木板做的 張皮好舒服啊

地點很好，步行5分鐘可到達City Hall方便巴士接送参加每日的旅行團，其他市內景點也可以步行到達。門口在兩間食店中間不容易找到，房內傢俱簡陋，只有一熱水壼和水杯，沒有洗頭水和沐浴露，只有一小塊肥皂，要求下才可以換毛巾，吹髮器也是要求才有，可能是旅遊旺季，房價太高和不合理。

The owner was very very very nice and liked to share a lot about Reykjavik:) comfortable, warm and clean bedroom and the shared bathroom is also clean and in good condition. The location of the guesthouse is perfect since it is just less than 1 minute walk to the bus stop for tour pick up. And nearby you can find a lot of restaurants and supermarkets!! Really convenient:)))

Entry was a bit rundown and 2 flights of stairs to climb. Facilities clean and quiet. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Check-in instructions clear and easy to follow. Good location for shopping, restaurants and bus pickup.

The guesthouse is a reasonable option for a short term visitor to central Reykjavik. However, it fails to deliver on its promise to provide safe storage of luggage. The luggage room is unlocked, unsupervised (since there is never anyone at reception) and easily accessible not just to all guests but to anyone on the street who knows the outer door code which appears never to change. For that reason we had to abandon our booking and move to different accommodation.

The property lobbies were dark, dingy & dirty. The room was bright but felt unclean. The towels were old and tattered. The restrooms and common areas were straightened but did not feel clean.

It is close to everything, but it is a rather run down guesthouse. The smell from perfumed detergent overwhelms you as you enter the room. Made me wonder what other smells they are trying to hide. The smell was a bit easier when I had stayed a few nights (no cleaning). Otherwise reasonably clean. In the room the fire alarm were covered with a plastic bag.

Extremly bad! Smells, no hospitality, old and awful!!

It was great. Perfect location and everything we needed.

The guesthouse has no control over the music coming from the street (teenagers playing loud music across the street until very late at night) or the bar downstairs, nor can they do anything about the noise of the pipes. Nevertheless, I would not stay in that particular room (#6) again because sleeping was very difficult. My son stayed in a studio at this guesthouse and did not experience any of these problems, so I think it is limited to that room.
