We have enjoyed all 3 stays here this year and plan to come back in Sept. Highly recommend. Nothing fancy but clean, great staff and very good location.

This place is worn out. The towels were disgusting and had stains on them. The sheets were disgusting and covered and stains. Just the whole property from start to finish, looks like it hit his prime about 30 years ago. None of the water sports equipment that they pictured and show online do they actually have at the facility. We were very, very disappointed to spend our short excursion here. If we had known they didn’t have things like jet skis and scooters, like they had in their pictures, we never would have come here. Overall it’s two star hotel in Mexico with two star food and a 4 star spot to beach dive.

My wife and I took a week long holiday. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and always eager to help. The food was great. We loved the different international themed dinners every night. Everyday there were fun activities and my wife loved the water aerobics. It was also so convenient to have dive boats pick us up at the property on the dock. We plan to make this an annual trip.

Check in went great! We arrived earlier than expected and our room wasn’t ready, but they gave us access to all amenities while we waited. We truly appreciated it! Once we got to our room, we were pleased to see the hammock next to the balcony! What a great way to relax in the room and get a break from the heat. The pool area was big and staff was great! We specifically chose this hotel because of the great reviews around snorkeling. They weren’t kidding! We walked to the snorkel area with the rental equipment and had an amazing time snorkeling in the Caribbean sea. This was my favorite thing! Will definitely be back!

Everyone at the resort was amazing! The food is not great… you do get tired of eating the same things daily. Their options are not great. The entertainment can use work as well… but the hotel is very clean and the staff is incredible.

The people working was fine. The entertainment staff were absolutely wonderful and to them I give 5 stars. The establishment itself is mediocre. The fruit in the morning was old and most often tasted fermented. The coffee is served cold. My milk to the coffee had maggots in it, I wanted to leave so bad after that. I inspected everything I ate after and bought parasite medicine when I left, just in case. The breakfast selection was always an eggs and toast, aside from that breakfast consisted of dinner meals like spaghetti, chicken, or rice&beans. There weren’t many options for food. For Mexican night they offered tacos both times, Mexico has so much more to offer than tacos. I also paid for pool side view and got street view with a little glimpse of ocean. Also, if you are planning on swimming, think again. The beach sucks, there is no sand, it’s rock and seaweed, it smelled, and it’s meant for divers not swimmers. If you want to go to a beach you have to pay 25.00 USD. Again, the entertainment team was amazing.

Buenas instalaciones, no había restaurantes pero la comida del buffet está súper rica (en cuanto a cena) les hizo falta más variedad de comida en desayuno y almuerzo, lamentablemente el servicio de desayuno no es muy bueno, por ser mexicanos no nos hacían mucho caso. El chef Jainer en la cena nos ayudó muchísimo, también yesina de animación, Gustavo el bar tender, Luisa hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable, definitivamente volvería

The rooms do not have WiFi very disappointing and was told only the lobby has which is pointless. The food is very basic not many options and then what’s there not doesn’t taste so good. The place is boring full of elderly people. I don’t recommend unless ur are retired of you don’t like fun. The hotel doesn’t have a beach and the little swimming area full of seaweed and big rocks. If wanting to go to beach you need to pay which is annoying. I don’t recommend for people 40 and under. The drinks are not good very basic n watery. Over all 3/10.

We just spent a week over Fourth of July and had a wonderful time! The staff was beyond amazing. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the property was very well put together. Super fun entertainment for both adults and kids. The food is what she would expect from an all-inclusive very simple and good. We had our five-year-old and eight-year-old boys with us and they were very sad to leave at the end of the week and asked if we could just live there lol mind you we live in Southern California where the weather is always pretty perfect and they still rather be in Cozumel 😂 Overall, a wonderful getaway, and we look forward to making it an annual trip!

Great hotel, friendly staff.

Was excellent. The staff from front desk to entertainment, servers, cooks and host were great. I will definitely come back. 🙂🙂🙂

The pool and space by the water were really nice.

Hotel Cozumel is an iconic property in San Miguel. The Management continues to improve the property. However, it is primarily the staff that will make your trip enjoyable and memorable. The staff of the hotel is very helpful and attentive, while the restaurant staff strives to provide a true taste of Mexico. Well done!

great friendly stuff, great food selection. Overall great place to stay for what you pay.

Great hotel for snorkeling and diving. Nice property and super helpful staff, felt welcome right away! Food choices/buffet are not most extravagant, but it was enough and a little bit different every day. Dessert was cake every day, not much variety. It was slow season, though, and the hotel was not very busy, so maybe during peak season there is more variety. But the staff, waiters, etc. were very attentive and always helping! Highly recommend!

The hotel is okay

We stayed for one week and really enjoyed ourselves. All of the staff were very friendly and interacted for a lot of fun. The food was just ok but we did not go hungry. We will definitely be going back.

We absolutely love this resort. This is our second trip there and we will be back in February. Staff exceptional. Swimming area awesome. Can see all types of sea life right at shore !!
