Friendly and helpful hotel staff. No comment on facilities, did not get a chance to use it. Room is clean and tidy. Location is a bit closer to caulfield station.

Thinking i should of slept in my car instead.

Staff were great and very helpful as we arrived unexpectedly after hours. Room extremely small best for one person, but comfortable. Free gift given. Very limited parking.

Our motel room was older but recently painted, and we were very pleased with it. Frig & coffee making facilities were provided. It was all we needed for 2 nights.

Ok for one night if you don’t want to go out. Hard to find and difficult if you miss it and you are on a one way street.

The only good thing about this motel, is it's location. The rest - forget it! Waayyyy overpriced for what it is. As old as the hills, rooms that smelt funky. Was kinda clean, but kinda really not (someone elses hair in the bathroom, hubby wasn't game to use the kettle). Wouldn't have felt safe staying there without my husband. Front glass door was smashed, which wasn't comforting. Parking awkward. It's as dodgy as they come.

A motel in a convenient area, with off-street parking available. Public transport is nearby (about 800 m to the train). The room was clean, but very small. However, the price was low, so it was good value for money.

Pros- Room was clean and reception person was pleasant. Plenty of hot water. Cons- Whole place reeked of cigarette smoke, no sound proofing (heard toilets flushing, people on phone calls, microwaves all night), guest next door yelling and swearing at 5am.

Off street parking is good, checking was easy& friendly

Location for my purpose was good. Everything worked. Staff very helpful. There were no issues.

Absolutely woeful!!! Had to book out and find another Motel Room was tiny with no room to move around the bed. Room was very old and worn and l felt rather unsafe in the building. It was more like a backpackers. I would like to apply for a refund.
