This hotel is not existing at all. There is no update on the property of the app.

Check in staff was not friendly and helpful, didn't bother about customer. No iron provided even after customer request. Room provided was not the room which we bought which is queen size bed, instead we got twin single, under bed was so dirty!! With lots of rubbish, bathroom sink also dirty -bad service by hotel, electric plug cannot use at all. Not recommended at all for other people.

Very bad hotel. Old building. Aircond leaking on my bed. Aircond not cool. TV no channel. Bedsheets, pillow case dirty and got hair on the floor and bed. Waste my money. Not recommended.

Overall very bad service more trouble stay here. The room also not well maintenance. We have to change 3 times at night time. keep us waiting outside room before get new room.

comfort & clean...just there is no kettle in the room and need to get from water from water filter at outside...also no iron...

Untuk kegiatan di Johor Bahru, seperti ke Legoland dan lain-lain, menginap di JB City Hotel akan sangat membantu. Dengan kendaraan umum bisa dari Larkin ke JB City Hotel. Juga bisa dilanjutkan ke destinasi lain. Saya sangat merekomendasikan. Selain itu harga sangat menjangkau. Fasilitas bagus dan lengkap

Just ok for transit 1 night. Bath soap and hair shampoo is available. Old TV. Not recommend for long stay

Gambar foto tidak sesuai kenyataan, kamar yang kotor, kami bahkan tidak sempat tidur di sana dan langsung check-out setelah melihat kamarnya.

Hotel bagus dari segi kebersihan dan kenyamanan, namun jauh dari pusat keramaian dan tidak disedikan sarapan pagi.
