酒店的服務人員沒什麼禮貌

住房大致還好，房價也合理。退房時請前枱叫車 也馬上叫 但等了15分鐘車沒來 再問一次才打去問車行，還是沒來 再問說快到 結果等30分鐘都沒到 最後自己叫網約車。應是車行問題 但酒店人員跟催也不專業。那家車行要淘汰了。

辦理入住才告知沒有入住紀錄、聯絡hotel.com始能解決問題、浪費一個多小時。酒店睡床尚算舒適，不過地毯和沙发給人不是很干淨的感覺。

飯店大廳沒有其他4星飯店來的氣派，但房間算明亮，空間不算小。 飯店旁邊的餐廳可選性有限，但整體而言，算中等偏上。 對出差的商務客，可以再回來住。

春节期间，虽入住客人不多，仍能保持四星标准。

晚間服務一般，房內保險箱需自己放電池才能用(服務員拿給我)

1.房間設施蠻不錯.乾淨且衛生. 2.飯店早餐沒有可取之處,且約10:00就不供應 3.空調無暖氣,冬天晚上會比較冷 4.WIFI訊號強但速度不是很快 5.附近有沃爾瑪且吃飯方便

整体都很好，下次也會入住

還不錯的一家酒店，床很大，棉被也很大。

飯店內部聯絡不良，讓客人空等且自己解決。價格也比同事訂的貴，房間小。

酒店干净整洁，设施、服务质量也不错。酒店地理位置离地铁站有一点点距离。

酒店房间还算宽敞,水龙头出水不畅,因为只住一晚,也没有联系修理,房间设计有问题,窗帘无法完全遮光,早晨取车时也没有服务人员,再到门口找人打开车库.酒店也不支持到店付款,中国大陆太少酒店支持到店付款.如果不是需要停留在这个地区,以后应该不会再选择这里.

Bestern western hotel is in Baoan in shenzhen. It is not far away from Baoan airport, 30~40 minutes by cab. There's shopping mall with some chinese restaurant near by hotel. I use this hotel as it is quite comfortable with reasonable price. I am ok hotel is just clean in the room as I usually do not use any facility in hotel.

Great location and the rooms were spacious. Prompt service. The food one both days of my stay was not up to the hotel'a standard. Breakfast can be improved.

Overall a great hotel, Western brand with Chinese management so some small expectations miss the mark a little. However, staff very helpful and friendly with at least a couple on shift with a grasp of English. room layout and appointments are very good. For the rows available this hotel is great value for the money.
