The staff was very nice. The room was clean, comfortable, warm, and it had a nice little balcony.The roof top terrace was really nice at sunset, and they had an excellent breakfast buffet. There is a free beach a block away.

Stayed at The Eden Hotel for 5 nights in Oct 2025. Great Hotel and would recommend. We were 2 persons and chose this hotel due to the breakfast photos, roof terrace and location. The breakfast was included in the room rate (for us) and included scrambled eggs, cook yourself boiled eggs, fruit, croissants, cake, bread, breakfast cereals, hams, cheese, yoghurt, bacon, help your self filter coffee, made or order cappuchino, English Breakfast Tea (other flavours available) and probably other things I have missed. The roof is a large area with sunloungers and tables/chairs - perfect for sunset and daytime sun bathing. You are on the sea front so can see the beach from the roof and potentially your room, if you have a suitable front facing room. It felt like a family run hotel which was great. The hotel is about 20 mims walk from the train station. |Come out the train station cross the road and walk as far as the beach road - hotel is one block to the left. Room had a fridge and TV although didnt watch the TV as no English speaking news channels that I found. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. We like to do our bit and save the towel washing etc. Think the staff thought we were crazy when asking for no room cleaning. Miss the breakfast after leaving and would recommend the hotel to other guests.

Helt okej rum. Väldigt lyhört. Man hörde varenda dörr som öppnades av andra. Jättebra frukost och otroligt trevlig personal. Hotellet ligger jättebra till nära stranden.

Wonderful little gem of a hotel. Spotlessly clean throughout, friendly staff, great breakfast - real value for money. Will 100% stay here next trip to Viareggio

Very nice room. Having a balcony was great. And the terrase was amazing.

Tolle Lage und schönes Hotel

Pretty charming smaller hotel. Very old decor (in couple of years will need a remodeling) but very well maintained. Great location close to beach. Breakfast was great (had low expectations but friendly staff and fresh)

Nice property near the sea ... staff were all helpful and warm except the guy in the front desk who was UNhelpful.

Trevligt hotell, bra frukost, nära till strand. Lite meckigt vissa dagar att hitta parkering. Något små rum för 4 personer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Eden and would highly recommend the hotel to others. We stayed with our two children and the rooms were functional, clean, and the staff were excellent. We all loved the breakfast and the location is great. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Lovely veiw of the sea from the balcony and rooftop solarium. Good location for restaurants and access to beach

Separat avdelning vid frukosten där hundar får vara med. Vilket är fantastiskt, de är tillräckligt stressade att resa i värmen. Gillar inte att bli instängda på ett rum.

Fabulous Home made Breakfast Buffet spread every morning. Every day of the week brought new delights.
