Nice hotel and good breakfast

Left an item in the room and was not returned. Was told they did not have it. I know it was left in the room. Housekeeping came in before checkout time.

Basic continental breakfast. Spacious, clean, and comfy room. Close proximity to several hospitals and their clinics. Friendly staff.We would stay again.

Parking sucks. Staff was nice.

I booked this hotel based on the good reviews, but overall, I was disappointed. The bed mattress was very squeaky and sagged in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom and other facilities were quite worn out, though I’ll admit everything was kept clean. If the price were under USD 100 per night, it might be acceptable. But for anything above that, I would consider staying elsewhere.

This is our first visit to the Madison Inn. We would highly recommend this to others. We will stay here again. The room was very comfortable.

This is an excellent property, close to Sacred Heart hospital that provide a very comfortable stay. Found a lively little night spot next door and all the Spokane South Hill amenities close by. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Spokane!

Great stay. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Bed a rough if you’ve just had Lumbar fusion, but they provided lots of pillows. Breakfast was really great too!

Repeat stay at this quiet location. Weekend desk staff somewhat disinterested in guest requests “we don’t do breakfast requests” (oat milk, resupply of items etc. they seems to think that was the responsibility of someone else, even though they were not doing anything. (Observed this, wasn’t making the request) Unusual as I have always had very good interactions.

Nice room but there was a loud rattling noise coming from inside the wall from 6am to 10pm. We were just below the exercise room so I suspect the A/C unit in there was vibrating and causing the rattling noise.
