There were spiders everywhere.

You could not use the outside area because there were spiders everywhere. Very dirty outside. Carpet dirty and some spiders inside too.

The hotel is older and could use some updates. But it was clean. Was concerned being right on a main drag, but was surprisingly quiet in our room. There is a barrier between the rooms and the road. View from patio was awesome. Got pics of a beautiful sunrise right out our door. Lots of baby ducks to make us smile as well.

Smelled old. AC was just portable units and did not keep the room cool enough. Pool area was nice. Beach and balcony both nice. Id consider staying again but hope they work on the AC and smell of old in the rooms.

It was dated. The wood sticky. It could use a new shower head or updated plumbing in shower. Also dark.

We stay regularly at the Pinestead reef resort. It’s always pleasant.

You felt welcomed as soon as you entered thier building. Front desk very helpful and kind. After leaving another hotel due to the uncleanliness of theirs we were fortunate to find this gem. Simple, quiet and quaint, on the water. Will definately stay here again!!

It was amazing, very clean and organized, also the view on the patio was very beautiful especially watching the sun come up! Definitely will be back!

The suite was very nice but dated! It was clean and quiet and the kids loved the pool. Needs some deep cleaning and updates but the staff is outstanding!

It was a small family trip everything went well it’s just the hotel needs some maintenance and needs to be more clean as far as the room and the sheets.

I'll be completely honest, when i walked in to the creepy old maze of a hallway I was uncertain. Pinestead surprises! We stayed in a Kitchenette and none of us wanted to leave! Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and kind. Our room was spacious, cozy, and close enough to the beach to hear the waves! I am disabled and our room was close enough that i could manage to get too and from my car with only my cane (i definitely would have needed the wheelchair had i gone to the pool though as it was opposire end of hotel... but there ARE elevators to accomodate that!l I'm poor, so we would only revisit on off season... but we are already talking about making it our spring break tradition if we can afford it! We loved our weekend with Pinestead Reef! It was honestly, pretty close to perfect spot for us!
