溫柔，體貼及有禮貌的工作人員為這家報到櫃檯位於二樓的飯店增色許多。此外，隨時可以預約飯店至滑雪場及車站的接送服務也是服務的特色。總結，非常好的飯店體驗，我們一定再來。

The room is big and the staffs are helpful even they don’t speak English, they will use google translate to communicate with us.

間酒店好舊, 雖然我知好凍, 但房入面內置暖氣, 令人好焗好辛苦, 最慘入面連風線又冇, 冷氣又冇, 職員連基本英文都講唔到, 正面有條長樓梯仲要冇lift...再講, 話就話近滑雪場及輕井澤站(其實我覺得都唔太近, 都要行成15分鍾）, 行都唔係問題啦, 間野附近連便利店, 仲要行入酒店果段路連街燈都好少, 好恐怖, 強烈唔建議大家黎.

不論日式或西式早餐都非常豐盛 從餐廳的大片玻璃望出去就是滿園的楓紅 服務人員態度親切 是一趟愉快的旅遊住宿體驗

The staff is nice. Shuttle bus to Ski center and JR station. Nice breakfast.

I have no time to walk around the hotel but the hotel room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The only setback is that there is no elevator in the hotel but the staff helps to carry the luggage. There is a shuttle which on your request at any time (not sure until what time at night) give you a ride to the train station. 20 mins walk to the Old Street.

飯店離車站走路約10分鐘, 但有友善的接駁服務至晚間6點, 可接送至車站及滑雪場, 房間空間極大有提供加床的三人房, 服務人員親切, 早餐精緻

飯店有些老舊，但1)房間寬敞，清潔乾淨，2)接待會客在一，二樓間，沒有電梯，提重行李需費些力氣，3)接待人員態度親切，4)地點距火車站北口徒步約20分鐘，0500點天黑後，路燈稀疏，或無路燈，需同伴而行較安全，5)附近步行10分中內無餐廳，因此早晚餐安排要規劃

由停車場到酒店大堂，再到房間，全沒有電梯可利用。

飯店很乾淨，服務人員很親切，有提供免費的接駁車（飯店<->車站or滑雪場），但要留意此項服務的時間。

great hotel for family tour to relax

The night staff cannot speak English fluently. It is hard to communicate if encountering issues. Overall is good, have pick up service from JR station. The breakfast is wonderful as well.

離車站有點遠，冬天下雪進出比較不方便。

真的真的 很不錯 接駁車歲叫隨走

整體服務非常好，只是位置較遠，但酒店可以安排專車接送，令人滿意!

We(2 adults,2 children) stayed in a western-Japanese style. The space is good for children. The hair dryer is not fixed on wall and easy to use for women. It needs 700yen taxi fee from station to hotel and 880yen(including calling service) from hotel to taxi. No cheap food except vandor machine drinks can be reached, you can buy snacks and food from Matsuya, a super market(2km away). You can't walk to the station or near by spots, it is dangerous in the winter, A free shuttle bus(09:00~18:00) or taxi is needed.

ホテル内外にエスカレーター、エレベーター、スロープが無いので、高齢者や怪我人にはツラい。

価格が安かったので期待してませんでしたが、ホテルの方の対応が良くて大満足。 軽井沢に旅行の際にはまたコチラに宿泊したいと思います。 下手な高級ホテルより絶対良いです。 オススメです。
