Great apartment with everything you need. Location is great, you could survive without a car if just chilling for a week. Kathy and her team were excellent and made us feel very welcome.

The beach view is outstanding, the parking was easy street parking, parallel and angle parking. Many nearby restaurants, a grocery, and sites within walking distance.

Great experience, Cathy was great, the place is nice and the area is cozy, small community but near bigger resort type ambiance.

Beautiful aparthotel. Very quiet, excellent service with Cathy. Room cleaned and fresh towels almost daily. Cathy was very helpful in advising us where to go, about the area etc. No pool at the property. But sea and natural pools on the doorstep

We selected a second floor luxury apartment looking out to the village square. Nevertheless, it was quaint and quiet. A one minute walk to the first beach bar, to the first grocery store and plenty of parking space most of the time. Just beautiful.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service. Tolle Lage direkt am Marktplatz und zum Meer nur 100m. Sehr sauber. Gute Ausstattung. Nicht zu überlaufen. Alle POI auf der Insel gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

This was amazing! The location was great, close to several amenities, excellent restaurants and bars, convenient store and a walking distance to a super market (HiperDino). Right by the beach, and beautiful walking trails! The highlight of the this place was the staff, Kathy and her team, were beyond amazing! Those ladies sure make a great stay feel phenomenal and incredible! We will be back next year and if they have availability during our dates we will be staying with them for sure!! Thank you Kathy and team! Your phenomenal service, communication and relationship building along with professionalism and authentic approach made the difference! Thank you again and will see you soon!!

Sehr sauber, alles Top bis auf die Dusche im 1.Stock. Die ist Renovierungsbedürftig. Dafür ist die Dachterrasse und der Meerblick ein Traum!

Eine tolle Unterkunft in einem ruhigen kleinen Ort. Sehr gut gelegen mit wundervoller Dachterrasse.

Alt fungerte bra. Eneste minus var beliggenheten ift fiesta på torget( Plaza). Der var det dundrende musikk ( veldig mye bass) til kl 0400 tre nettet på rad. Sjekk på gorhånd om det er fiesta.

Our stay at Rok Plaza was absolutely lovely.The hotel itself is charming and perfectly located right by the sea.Kathy was wonderful…her warm welcome and hospitality made us feel right at home.She gave us excellent recommendations for dining and even helped us arrange a car rental,unfortunately there were none available at the time.remember to book a car in advance because they go quickly. Tenerife South is a beautiful destination, would recommend it.

Vanha, remontoitu rakennus kolmessa kerroksessa. Tyylillä sisustettu. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy. Ei ilmastointia. Makuuhuoneet pieniä ja vaatteille säilytystilaa vähän. Mukava, rauhallinen ympäristö.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour; Kathy nous a accueillit avec beaucoup de gentillesse et à tout fait pour que nous soyons au mieux. L'emplacement est idéal à une minute de la plage et à cinq minutes des commerces. Nous y retournerons très certainement

Beskrivningen av lägenheten var ej bra på Hotel.com. Ganska branta trappor. Det var dåligt ljudisolering hörde tydligt ljud från gatan.Det var 3 våningar bottenvåningen med badrum. Mellan våning med 2 sovrum 1vardagsrum 1 matplats samt kök. Takterrass mycket bra.

Rok Plaza is misleading in their marketing and communication. They have no attending staff, so you DO have to call in advance. Otherwise you have to wait for the staff on your arrival. Besides, many of the photos presented are not from the hotel, but from other hotels and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The rooms are fairly dark and the electronic door locks are a bit tedious. On the plus side, the service is very accommodating when they present, and the location is next to a nice little square with real restaurants. Not too touristy.

The apartment is very clean inside, the bedroom very nicely designed and bed very comfy

Très bel appartement, bien situé. On sent que le covid est passé par là car ce devait être un etablissement extra. Aujourd'hui, c'est de la location d'appartements de bon standing. A noter la gentillesse de toutes les personnes du service.

Appartement avec belle terrasse. Le village est très reposant
