Very easy check in process

Then 2nd day being there i room wasn't cleaned or restocked. But apart from that its was a great couple of nights thier thank you

Great breakfast clean, front staff should be more present nobody was at front desk for check out

Staff was rude. We just stayed here last weekend and staff came off as arrogant and dismissive when we asked questions

We were within walking distance from the Tourist Information Centre and the trolley tours. It's a 5 to 7 minute drive to downtown Moose Jaw and the famed MJ Tunnels. Location is ideal. Service was friendly. As a Wyndham timeshare owner there was no availability for an upgrade unfortunately. At most hotels they will at least offer some snacks or drinks with the room upgrade. Not here apparently. Breakfast was hot and tasty. However, I shouldn't be knocking on a door for the attendant to advise when there is no bacon, coffee etc. Yes, the lady was kind and offered an apology. When three people are booked for a room there should be three sets of towels but nada. I requested and yes they were delivered when we were back in the room later that night. The bed was comfortable, clean and the room quiet. We at stayed in Room 309. I would stay here again upon my return. One in the party used the hot tub which they enjoyed.
