Reception staff are accommodating, room and service were superb. Had a great stay.

Everything was great. There is always room for improvement. The Hot Tub was the right temperature. Breakfast was appetizing and a lovely variety. 1. The TV package was ridiculous--most of the channels were in French--Saskatchewan is not a French province! There were no news channels or any drama channels; mostly Sports. 2. Another blanket would be an asset. 3. I left the temperature control at a temperature that I wanted the room to be at when I got back. The cleaning staff turned it down and the room was cold when I returned.

Worst hotel stay we've ever encountered! The toilet hadn't been cleaned from previous guests, were very dirty covered in pubic hairs & old urine, and the kitchen sink wouldn't drain properly and was leaking everywhere underneath the cabinet. The advertised hot tub wasn't working properly, and was barely warm, maybe 75-80° and the sauna wouldn't work at all, zero heat! The counter staff member didn't seem to understand what was going on, saying everything should be working, but she was confused and wrong. Othe guests came in to use the hot tub and sauna but when they touched the barely warm hot tub water, and found out the sauna didn't work at all, they left. Also, the shower area was gross abd dirty, as well as the lobby bathroom, dirty as well. For a newer hotel, you can tell its been neglected, and overall is dirty, in many places, nit cleaned and maintained properly. I would recommend staying away from this hotel, as I've stayed in other's in Moose Jaw that were much much nicer and cleaner, with properly functioning hot tubs etc.

Room was up to standards clean. I didn't use any amenities in room. Overall it is a great place. A bit on the high price considering there was hotels all around me...but there was a huge football event in town. So that means higher prices.

First room we got put in was really beat up, curtains hanging off the rod. Couldn’t close them. They moved us to a different room, stove was all smashed. Could use some fixing.

Our stay was very pleasant. Breakfast was very nice. Good waffles and coffee.

Room was clean. Check-in was quick. The marble floor is beautiful but very slippery witk snowy winter boots.

Nice place to stay. Very clean great staff. A little disappointed with the breakfast. Though I was glad to see bacon and eggs the bacon was paper thin and overcooked and the cubed potatoes were not really good. There is some fruit, yogurt and waffles however so a few other choices. It’s important to us and we often rebook places that have good breakfast offerings.

My experience was very impersonal. Check in online check-out online. Staff at the desk for key card pick up very blase, barley looked up from computer screen. I realize it was over Christmas and perhaps skeleton staff. No one manning front desk, all hanging out in the back. Hot tub was ok. Sauna duds not work, so that was disappointing . Room was clean and comfortable enough. Staff however in breakfast area were attentive, and this. Made up for the rest But don't expect a friendly welcome or "thanks for stopping by, come again". Very lacking in customer relations, but quick with the emails. I would like a bit more of a personal touch .

Pleasant, courteous staff, comfortable, clean room. Especially liked the outside entrance to the room. Breakfast very good.
