Great hotel, amazing breakfast!

Exceptionally well located, the interiors are not just functional but really done with a personal touch and kept to extremely high standards. Had a lovely spacey room with a small balcony. Breakfast was perfect and the staff very friendly. Easy to use and will definitely recommend.

Breakfast variety was great, healthy and fresh. Room is nice with big TV. Location is excellent, near the Christmas market and old town. Only wish will be to have slippers in the room and a conditioner. :)

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe des Opernhaus. Preis Leistung stimmt.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig, stilvoll schlicht, durchdacht und was an Toilettenartikeln angeboten wird etc, ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück hat in der Qualität nachgelassen über die Jahre. Der Käse war schon etwas trocken, die Briocheknoten ebenfalls, als läge alles schon eine längere Zeit rum. Ich finde es auch schade, dass es ein Birchermüsli gibt, das mit gezuckertem Fruchtjoghurt angerührt wird. Ja, Klagen auf hohem Niveau, bei dem Preis habe ich aber einfach mehr erwartet. Ansonsten gute Lage, komfortabel, der self check-in über den Schlüsselsafe ist praktisch.

Super Lage, alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Freundliches Personal, sehr sauber.

- Kaum war ich im Frühstücksraum, noch während ich meinen Espresso aus der Maschine liess, bedrängte mich die Receptionistin, das Zimmer zu bezahlen👇 - Kein Cappuccino erhältlich - Keine warme Milch vorhanden - Tortilla eiskalt aus dem Kühlschrank - Zum Schöpfen waren Gabeln statt Löffel beigelegt - Keine Tageszeitungen aufgelegt - Schoggiweggli höchstens mittelmässig - vom Vortag? - Ein feines Croissant habe ich vermisst - Sehr eng gestuhlt - Es kam keine wirkliche Wochenend-Frühstücksstimmung auf

Best value near Opernhaus Zurich. Zurich is beautiful.

A few things I’d like to mention about our stay: • The elevator was out of service during our stay, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. • The flooring in the room made quite noticeable squeaking noises. • The room’s window had very poor noise insulation, and outside noise and street car was quite audible. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast team worked hard to keep everything well-stocked and organized. Overall, the main issue with this hotel is the condition of its facilities — the flooring and windows could really use some renovation.
