Fantastic hotel. It's our second time coming here and we will definitely be back. Everything is clean, tidy and what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Thank you to all staff for the fantastic service we received.

Best hotel in the region!

Velvety clean , nice staffs, good pool and beach area

Hotel in general is super clean. Great selection of food. Great to have a cafe also to get a nice coffee in the mornings. The only problem i had was the noise. There was some sort of a soccer tournament on and there was so many children about which created noise early in the morning and late at night. It was very annoying at meal times because they all came together which created chaos and lots of children running around. It wasn't so nice when your a couple looking to rest for a couple of days. From talking with other guests they seem to have had the same experience. We did report it and they gave us another room. Staff are very accommodating to your needs which is nice. Pool area is nice withnplenty of beds for everyone and entertainment is spot on. In general the hotel is excellent but the noise level was super annoying for us. I probably would come back again but i would ask firstly if there was a kids tournament booked in. Really during food serving times that many children should have there own room for dining and not be put in with other paying guests. This is a hotel not a crèche and people pay good money for some peace and quiet. Other than this i had no issues at all.

During check-in we were told by rude lady at reception that they dont have a room available for us (booked 2 months in advance and paid) and we have to share an apartment with another family for 2 days (we have a small kid and they have toddler). This is highly unprofessional and totally unacceptable, especially on 5 star hotel. After more than half hour of arguing they offered us a room for disabled persons without possibility of change. This was our 5th and also last stay in this hotel. Room we had was also outdated and would deserve reconstruction.

Worst customer service. They over booked so we didn't get the room we paid for. They kept on telling us they will get us the right room after an argument every day (we stayed SEVEN days!!!) yet they never did. Everything in the room was broken: safe, fridge, no towels, no replenish of coffee or water (that was all included in all-inclusive). Worst part: they gave my husband and I two beds and not one double like we booked. Couldn’t even sleep next to my husband on our annual vacation!! Ruined our family trip big time.

Woke up the last day of my stay to find out that €50 were stolen from my wallet which was locked with PIN code in the room’s safe. Escalated to managers (security manager and hotel manager). Security manager knows no english. First, said it is a national day and we can’t get a list of all people entering the room. Then got the list after 30 minutes of pressure and accused me of opening safe at night and stealing my money!! (My children were playing with Nintendo at night and then stored it in the safe). Hotel manager wanted my details to send me a list of people entering the room. If proven stolen, she would not return the stolen money without police investigation! Absolute waste of time. I had to leave and avoid involving the police because had to catch the flight and I wouldn’t feel safe for me and my family to stay in this unsafe place. There was a manager who was half Iraqi and half Turkish who promised to return the money if proven stolen but the lady hotel manager denied the ability to do this. They were all rude and pretended to help but in fact they did nothing apart from bringing a security list and accusing me of stealing my money!!!! AVOID bringing cash to this unsafe property. AVOID this hotel’s managers, they are rude and unprofessional. AVOID THIS PLACE. I am thankful that I managed to leave this hotel with losing only €50!! NEVER BACK AGAIN EVEN IF THEY RETURN THE STOLEN MONEY. Please, Ignore all the replies from the managers about this review.
