The location of this hotel is great, we can find many restaurants around the hotel. And the room is clean and lets Feel relaxing. The staff is helpful and speak good English who provides good service.

This is a small hotel with Northen Europen decoration in lobby. Let me feel comfortable and relax. My wife liked the breakfast especially the fresh fruit and juice. We left our luggages here for 8 nights. All luggages are kept well. The air conditioner is a little noisy if you aren't so tired, if you're a little tired it's Ok. The second time I slept here, I didn't feel the noise.

酒店職員很好，很helpful, 設計亦有特色。可是洗手間太小，門不能關，且有大縫隙，情侶以外的人入住會不方便。我們入住的37號房，有個挺美的露台，可是夜晚車子經過吵到不行，連續幾晚醒好幾次，房間內的空調也是像飛機引擎一樣，影響睡眠。美則美矣，唯中看不中用。

The reception is very nice and willing to help. Especially the man in the reception speaks very good English and very willing to help. All staff are very nice. I would be happy to be there again.

酒店位置很方便，就在地鐵站旁邊。附近有很多餐廳，博物館很近，離市中心各個景點都在走路可以到的位置。lobby有免費的水果、茶和咖啡提供。

Café não tão variado mas com bastante capricho, hotel limpo, localização não muito segura, mas me atendeu muito bem para a minha necessidade. Bem charmoso

O hotel muito simples, não compensa pelo preço, atendimento mediano da equipe, café da manhã ruim, leite sempre quase frio na térmica, deixam faltar as coisas para repor e demora, o café passado com gosto de queimado. O hotel tem um cheiro estranho na entrada. Chuveiro bom, cama normal, se vc esquecer de por as toalhas na parte do box não trocam, isso sem contar que a localização não é boa. Não indico e não retornaria.

Das Hotel ist gut und hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt. In der Nähe ist der Stadtteil Lastarria, wo es einige gute Restaurants gibt. Die Angestellten des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend für einen angenehmen Start in den Tag. Das Zimmer entspricht der Beschreibung und ist von der Größe ausreichend. Insgesamt habe ich mich in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.

Minha estadia foi ótima, todos os atendentes foram simpáticos e solicitos. Saiamos cedo para os passeios e o hotel nos preparava lanche para levar. A cama era confortável e o quarto e banheiro no tamanho ideal. Adoramos!

Nos encanto hospedarnos en este hotel, disfrutamos la locación, cerca del metro, mall, y museos. El staff fue de lo mejor, Camila nos dio excelentes recomendaciones y nos ayudó en todo! - el desayuno estuvo riquísimo! Si volvemos a Chile seguramente nos hospedaremos de nuevo en Hoteles Altiplanico!

Close to nice restaurants and bars. Right oposite the arts museum and close to other sights

Hotel itself is very pretty, just don’t expect to have working Wifi - apparently it’s an ongoing issue because others have commented the same in reviews - Phone service and Wi-Fi barely work in the room - I had to use my own phone hot spot and move to the reception the entire weekend to get work done. Even then the connection was super slow. Everything is great, just don't expect to have working Wi-Fi.
