热水设备比较老旧，水压很低，热水供应不足！

Lovely comfortable hotel with excellent staff. It was very quiet, being a little out of town. It felt as if I was the only one staying there!

The service and attention to detail by the staff is what makes the experience stand out.

Super freundliches Personal. Zimmer ok.mit wlan. Pool super. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Leider auf einer Seite Baustelle auf der anderen Seite nachts sehr laute Karaokebar.

Hotel moderno, dotato di ogni comfort, in posizione strategica per i tour nei dintorni di Mandalay e per visitare la città.

The hotel is located on the outer of town but it is only 5 dollars to reach the city centre. The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff are always keen to asssist in anyway possible and the breakfast was clean and tasty. We asked for a late checkout that was granted immediately and we didn't even have to pay an additional charge unlike other hotels. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant twice in our stay and was statisfied both times. Overall it is a solid hotel and a relaxing place to spend the evening by the pool or bar after the bustle of the city sightseeing and markets.

Very nice stay at the hotel. We have our own car so there is no need to take taxi. The pool is very nice , the restaurant chef and staff tried so hard to serve good western food. We recommend ordering lobster thermidor and chicken cordon blue. The break fast has many varieties. The staff is especially nice. There are wood carvings statues in the hall and entrance which are unique. The view of mountains from bedroom is very much appreciated. The TV has many channels which we can enjoy watching at night.

Hotel grande e confortavel. Um pouco impessoal. Boa piscina mas nao tinha espreguiçadeiras suficientes para todos. Café da manhã bom. Quarto espaçoso. Internet funciona bem. Desvantagem é ser afastado do centro. Jantar no restaurante do hotel não foi bom. Serviço impecável em todo hotel. Funcionários muito prestativos.

Celkově pěkný hotel a mimořádně snaživý personál, i základní pokoje jsou velké a pěkně vybavené. Dvě negativa: lokalita odlehlá od centra, okolo hotelu není vůbec nic, a extrémně pomalý internet s občasnými výpadky

I made a mistake I booked a room twice I explained them and the refuse to credit one of the room , also they are straying mosquitos with a very strong chemical that gave me headache . All the widows are tinted in such way that you do not see real colors when looking outside .

Staff were all great, but the myanmar curry i ordered through room service has left me very sick since i left. I stayed in the deluxe villa, but the windows/ door have huge gaps and tons of mosquitoes in room, sewer smells filled bathroom when using fan, barely enough hot water to take 5 min shower

Booked hotel for gym, and overall appearance. Gym equipment was old but did work fine. The property itself was beautiful, excellent for the price of $80. Felt like there was no one there. A little far from town (10 minutes by taxi) but very quiet location.
