各方面都非常滿意，因它是酒店類住宅，有前台，職員英文不錯，停車場就在前台則很方便。唯獨方間分佈在網站不太清楚，我們一行6人，需要有3間房，它則有4間房，两間雙人房及两間單人房，而且分佈上下两層各一，上層一間為雙人套間，另一間單人房，住客晚上如廁則要往下層，有些不便，其他配套都很好。

位置不错，有收费的地下停车场，15欧。

Clean and comfortable apartment for short and long stay. Nice location for walking around city center. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you are driving here, make sure you know the direction to the parking garage.

It is a nice and relax apartment hotel, the location is at the city center, you only need to take few minutes you can visit central market and many worth visit places.

Apartment locate in real city center. although it is not thta easy to drive or take taxi in such small avenue, but we love the small plaza in front of our room. Facility is clean and complete. Staffs are friendly and offer useful information

此公寓的地點很好，可步行到許多重要的景點。房間的陳設簡潔，很新，據了解是剛完工兩年的樣子；客廳大小適中，一整面的落地玻璃，光線非常好；廚房的設備完善，要煮什麼食物都行。最重要的是：床非常好睡，棉被膨鬆，蓋起來立馬有睡意，真的是非常非常好睡。必須注意的是：路不好找，最好不要自行前往，迷路的風險頗高。我們擔乘計程車，還找了一陣子。這是一家值得再住幾回的好公寓。

酒店还不错，公寓房，但是跟巴塞罗那订的相比细节上欠缺，没有厨房调料，比如油之类的，没有晾衣服的地方，不是很方便。 位置还可以，但是开车过去有点点绕，巴伦西亚的路很难开，要多问问。

Good location, a bit spartan but a well equipped kitchen. There was vi no hot water and no cleaning.

If you value comfort DO NOT stay here. Absolutely sterile. Bed hard as a rock you have to ask for dish or laundry soap. The only good thing is the location. Very walkable to cafes and sites. We were going to leave after 1 night. However Benoit did the best he could to make us more comfortable. He’s the only reason we stayed the 4 nights. Will never return. Reminded me of a college dorm.

Excellent apartment, everything is clean and well taken care of. Excellent communication with us. Competent and friendly staff. Perfect service! We will definitely be back.

Outstanding spot with convenience to entire historical center, direct access to parking garage well designed place. I will stay here next time I'm in Valencia!

Overall nice but the vent in the bedroom had black mould around it. And it was quite noisy from both inside the building and outside
