Staff behaviour not good

I was denied entry to this hotel saying that they didn’t have any rooms available.

Superb and helping staffs.

It was good experience and breakfast was nice. Room was spacious.

We had a quick stop at Delhi for some work and this hotel was the closest to our location. We checked in and inquired about the parking facilities and the breakfast. The parking they said would be available from 9:30 to which we agreed and the breakfast had to start from 7 am next day. The next day there was no breakfast and when inquired they said it would start by 9 am. Also the room was dirty and they didn’t even change the sheets. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
