一到酒店就先招待我們坐下,問我們要點什麼茶點,吃著點心辦理入住手續,房間裡可以泡溫泉,一泊二食的晚餐跟早餐都十分豐富。

整體很好，員工親切，不過酒店位置較為偏遠，要步行5-10分鐘才到達酒店。有專車接送至日光景站跟車站。整體體驗不錯

這是一個很美好的住宿體驗。館內提供了英語友善的服務，工作人員讓你感受他們每一個都盡力的想要讓你的住宿變成一個難忘的經驗。大眾泡湯池非常舒服，尤其時泡湯後來一杯飯店提供的牛奶（只有上午提供），真的是非常過癮。房間還有提供咖啡，實在是太好了！！！！ 唯一的扣分可能是用餐的環境了。飯店提供每一組客人單獨的包廂，我覺得很貼心。但油煙的處理沒有很妥善，我還是可以聞到隔壁包相傳來烤肉的油煙味。雖然味道不重，總是有一點點掃興。 除此之外，我覺得這是一個我會希望跟姊妹們再來拜訪的貼心飯店

The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is so beautiful and well equipped. Nothing I can complain. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Good booking following-up, as i changed the pick up time from station, staffs are helpful and efficient. (There are shuttle bus services from station in Nikkon and hotel) Staffs are friendly and good explanation for room and hotel facilities. Rooms are large and comfortable, exactly same as photos, Japanese style with open bath in the room. Also the public hot spring is relaxing.I enjoyed very much. Meals are delicious.

雖然这酒店位置偏遠, 但只与车站相差15-20分鈡和有酒店專车接送。酒店环境優雅，里外都有园森境色，值得体驗住宿这酒店。

酒店非常舒適，員工服務非常細心有禮，還記得我把相機腳架遺失在火車上，酒店員工即時幫我到火車總站取回酒店，貼心服務絕對是100分！房間非常大和乾淨，露天溫泉很棒！晚餐及早餐都非常好吃，一定會再次入住！

員工服務非常殷勤，由入住的登記到用餐的細節都一絲不苟。房間內的室外溫泉非常舒適。房間非常大並附有多樣電器，為我們帶來莫大的方便。酒店在入住當日並不是假期，但全旅館爆滿，如有興趣應當提前預約。

Hotel staff are polite and friendly. The room is tidy, clean and full euqipment. Both dinner and breakfsat are delicious and diversity. I will stay here next time when i visit nikko again !!

飯店並非位於大街上，因此有提供從日光車站到飯店的免費接駁。 露天溫泉很棒，無光害，因此泡溫泉可看到星星，也可以欣賞露天溫泉旁的楓葉。 飯店服務人員的態度真的很好，從一進飯店的接待，提供茶與點心，帶領認識飯店，一直到離開飯店，每個人都很有禮貌，每次遇到都會很開心的問好。 晚餐及早餐都很好吃，戶外院子的景色也很棒。 雖然費用高了一點，但是光是享用服務就值得了。

This is the first time I stayed in a traditional Japanese hotel and it was everything that I dreamed of. Beautiful hotel within a tranquil area, impeccable cleanliness, delicious food (with a touch of local flavour), outstanding service and attention to detail in every aspect. Everything about my stay was just exceptional. The only regret is that I did not stay longer.
