1. Room - no slippers, no tissue (it's a 4 star-so it's supposed to be basic amenities) 2. Bathroom - bad plumbing and smelly, bathtub too deep 3. No GENSET, for a 4 star to not have a Genset it's really mind-blowing. We have an electricity shutdown for over 1 1/2hr during my stay (at 7-8.30 PM) and the Villa say they don't have Genset so they lit candle instead. And water stop running when there's no electricity. GREAT !!! 4. (Very) limited breakfast option and so-so taste. No restaurant at the villa (again, basic facilities for a 4 star, I would say) 5. The only good thing is their ambiance 6. It should not called a 4 star Villa but rental Villa instead. Should not give any star in the first place. 7. Will not come back for sure.
