Tandas kotor berkerak. Mungkin kotoran kekal. Begitu juga dengan sinki, geli. Patut management ambil inisiatif tukar mangkuk jamban dan sinki baru. Plug pin pun ada 1 je untuk caj phone. Bagilah at least 2 pin. Sorry gambar tak ambil, geli.

Receptionist tidak mesra pelanggan, dan 2 malam tanpa wifi dan diminta untuk selesaikan masalah sendiri meski dibuat aduan berulang kali. Kedudukan hotel yang kurang strategik dan menakutkan. Kali terakhir menginap hotel sebegini. Air mineral dalam bilik juga tidak bersih. Cadar dan bantal berbau hapak seperti tidak dibasuh. Bekas tuala orang pakai tidak dibasuh dibiar tergantung di dalam almari.

Hotel yang tak berapa besar. Service yang agak baik tapi perlu ditingkatkan lagi.
