Overall nice property. The LG Styler and washer in the room were big pluses. Room was spacious and clean. Was a bit warm but opening the window helped. Close to subway, shopping, and eateries. Would stay again!

Room was overall good but the whole room felt cold throughout the stay despite perfect AC condition.

This property is clean, nice and conveniently located. Only issue was that they gave me an almost windowless room (it had a wierd angled corner latch window which I had to keep it covered). So I stayed here for a few days without seeing sun much which got depressed at times.. Staff is nice and polite and property itself is clean and modern.

No complaints. The staff was very friendly and knew their English very well. All of them were very accommodating and friendly when helping out. This place is convenient with walking distance to medical clinics and the AK Plaza Mall. Very clean and not small or claustrophobic. Would book again. I think this is my favorite location.

We stayed at Junior Suite. It was very spacious so we could stay very comfortably. Staffs were very friendly. I definitely will stay here again at next visit to Korea. And I already told my friends that this hotel is very good. I enjoyed my staying with my wife.

Bigger suite on 8th flr was a nice size, liked the separate tub and shower. Bathroom door didn’t slide shut all the way due to the wood floor being higher on one end. None of the bedside electrical outlets seemed to work, but there were others that did. Pen by bed was out of ink. These are small things, but still inconvenient. Night front desk was super friendly and helpful, but daytime FD was slightly scary. Breakfast buffet is great.

Enjoyed this stay more than our stay at downtown Seoul! The staff were nice, we were very impressed by the room size and cleanliness. Bundang area became our favourite area in Seoul. We had a wonderful time. Thank you staff!

Unstable wifi connection Rooms too dark Weird scent in the room

Room is clean and well maintained. A small complaint on the lack of a dustbin in the wash basin area. Requested for an extension of check out time and was told that it's WON10,000 per hour. I rejected and the counter staffer told me that if i gave a good review, the hotel offers 1 hour free extension. Hmmmm........ Decided to turn down the offer and go for early checkout instead. There's a free shutter service to the nearby airport limousine station with the last service leaving at 6pm. Overall, I am happy with the stay. Hotel is located near a metro station and restaurants are within 50m of the hotel. Not much of shopping except for the AK Mall nearby.

Everything was perfect Good neighbors for travelers

I had a chance to call reception as there were a couple of issues in my room during my stay. They sent staff immediately and sorted it out. It was so impressive. The free van service to the airport bus stop was helpful. Although the room was spacious, I am not sure about the cleanliness. The gym looks tired and needs renovation. Both cardio machines were almost broken. The weights of dumbells were limited. The yoga mats were too dirty to use. The location of the hotel is excellent.

We had a great stay at SR Suites! It’s cozy, convenient and great and friendly staff! Rooms are spacious and clean and affordable for long stays! We were lucky enough to use their sauna! The only little drawback was it was a little dark but understood that is kind of a concept. Otherwise great stay!
