Dumi Mkhwanazi I would just like to leave a review for the most incredible hotel manager I have ever had the pleasure and privellage of dealing with in my life not only in south africa but all over the world. She is pro active , can solve unreasonable requests with rapid efficiency showing incredible leadership.This woman was a born to be a Hotelier. She is at the front desk ready to be of efficient immediate service not hiding away in a back office somewhere.Her problem resolution is out of this world and resolves unreasonable requests with the speed of a wizard.She ads a personal touch to everything and treast all guests like royalty.Hold on to this woman her future is unfathomable.
