我們預訂有陽台的房間，可以看到歷史古跡及農夫市集及海景，樓下就有超商及麵包店，十分方便。房間很乾凈，這棟建築本身屬歷史古跡保護範圍，所以無法裝設電梯，房間均位於3樓（就我們來說算4樓），Toni會協助扛一件20公斤行李上樓，對60歲的我們，扛另一個20公斤的行李還算可以的。就CP值來說很值得推薦。

Very convenient location and very fresh in the balcony. It is just near the old town and lucky to meet the flower festival.

My friend and I stayed here for two nights and it was perfect. The location is amazing and close to everything you need. Toni was so helpful and we could even store our bags for a couple hours after we left. Highly recommend!

Toni was incredible. Contacted us before hand and set us up with a driver from the airport. Met us at the door and helped carry my partners bag up the stairs. Room was excellent and the balcony looks over the silver gate at the palace. Location doesn't get better. Vouchers for breakfast brought us an excellent meal. If we swing by Split again, we will definitely come back.

The location is excellent, right in front of the Silver Gate and only about a five-minute walk from the bus terminal for the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Toni was very kind and kept in touch with me even before my stay. He also let me know as soon as the room was ready after cleaning, which was very helpful. The only drawback is that the room is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, so guests with heavy luggage or mobility difficulties should keep this in mind. However, Toni is happy to help with your luggage. Other than that, I had no problems at all and had a very pleasant stay!

This is a nice place to stay- with attentive and helpful staff. However, it requires 210 steps to get up to the hotel's 4th floor location. No elevators - so be prepared. It is conveniently located near one of the entrances to the old city and the riviera walkway.

This is a lovely guesthouse, and Toni the manager was wonderful. Good location for walking the town. Rooms clean and well appointed. Biggest issue is no elevator and you must climb 6 flights of stairs to get to the La Porta floor. If you have ANY mobility issues, this is not the place for you. The Hotels.com site says it has laundry facilities but it does not. Breakfast vouchers for a great restaurant in the old town.

We had a really lovely stay. Toni was so welcoming and the room was beautiful. Great location for exploring this wonderful city.

Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Toni was a helpful and gracious host. He helped carry our bags upstairs. The rooms are wonderful and it’s literally across the street from the Diocletian Palace. I will go back!

Parking was safe and convenient, the room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Toni for calling us to let us know we left our cell phone on the bed. We really appreciated the honesty and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room is small but nice and clean – ideal if you plan on spending your days exploring rather than staying indoors. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from both the promenade and the Old Town. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Schicke kleine Unterkunft mit 5 Zimmer. Zimmer sind modern und neuwertig. Frühstück wird außer Haus gereicht und war sehr lecker.

Location alongside the market, close to The Palace. Stairs were ok for us. Nice to have the little balcony and bottle of sparkling wine. Rooms a good size. Helpful and pleasant Tony to meet us outside as couldn’t see the hotel sign.
