很漂亮很舒服的一間新酒店

地點方便，行去春天百貨5分鐘內到，員工helpful ,值得推介，我們住的房間在6樓，有一個又大又舒適嘅露台

服務人員很客氣，雖然有些小問題，但都會很積極處理，早餐很美味，飯店的泳池有點小，地點是最佳優勢。

I was stay 7 nights. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Close to metro and sights. Great location.

This is a good hotel. very close to shopping area and metro station. It's very convenient to us.

飯店位置 櫃檯服務很好。走路很多地方遊玩。房間比起一般巴黎飯店算大了。飯店電梯一次最多容兩人，並不是很方便 尤其帶著行李。我朋友住房每天都放一兩瓶水（或免費氣泡水），我的房間都沒有水。感覺不是很公平。

地理位置优越，到各景点步行10分钟左右……房间小，早晨到达的，staff说争取1点让我们check in，1点多折返酒店仍被告知房间没准备好，让3点以后....

Clean room, great amenities, great staff.

We had a wonderful time at the Hotel & Spa Royal Madeleine. We stayed in the Cocolili Suite for 2 nights and we very pleased with the room. It was quiet, there were free bottles of water, coffee and teas. Our kids 6 and 4 years old loved the arcade machine in the lobby and the kids area by the fireplace.

Lovely boutique hotel and they made a special effort for our daughters 18th birthday. Highly recommend. Great area for sight seeing.

Wonderful view from the terrace in our room! Disappointed that we had to pay 400 euros on arrival as a security deposit as we had already fully paid for our rooms and only a card held should have been necessary. Breakfast could have been better. Tiny space for buffet and selection not great quality. Staff pleasant and helpful. Bed was excellent. Had the best sleep which is why I have given five stars!

The staff were completely unwelcoming, did not explain anything to us about the hotel. The restaurant was closed, we did not know about how to access the spa until our own research, or any conversation offered to us when booking in. The staff were completing other tasks while booking us in, such as phone calls, which led to me being dismissed as I had asked the question. Constantly asking for more money - we felt that we were a burden from the get go. Thoroughly disappointed, this hotel is rated exceptional, which in regard to the spa is accurate. The staff are who have let the establishment down and ruined our stay in Paris.

パリのプチホテルといった趣きで、ゆったりと過ごすことが出来ました♪ 4泊しましたが、毎日部屋の掃除もキレイにしてもらいました。 家族3人での旅行のため2部屋を予約したのですが、別々のフロアだったため、同じフロアにしてもらうようお願いしましたが、叶わなかったのが残念でした。
