Loved everything about The Ro. I have stayed before and will definately be back. Slight niggle..the breakfast choices and food excellent but the bacon was so hard I couldn't cut it up! Staff on the front desk were amazing. Very clean, upmarket but comfortable hotel. I will definately be back@

The Hotel was perfectly based for the lake. Plenty of parking on arrival. The staff were very friendly especially Fred. We sat outside and struggled to open an umbrella. Within 5 minutes a maintenance man appeared from nowhere and fixed the umbrella, really helpful. The rooms were modern with clean bathrooms.

Excellent location, the room view in the Biskey suite was incredible.

The hotel is ok but there are some important things to know before booking. Both parking and the swimming pool are an additional charge (£10 & £15 a day respectively) and, whilst the hotel is said to be family friendly, there is no children’s menu, the pool only allows children in it between 8 am and 11 am and there’s really nothing for children to do apart from the pool. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was good choice but cold and eggs were hard fried eggs dont work well on a buffet breakfast and bacon was over done and hard

Breakfast was ok but when items ran out they were slow to be replaced, never enough croissants always ran out.

Room had great views. Generally clean although the electric heater had accumulated lots of dust which was not good for me with dust allergies. Breakfast was good.

Clean hotel, buffet breakfast. Small bar given the size of the hotel which closed early on a Saturday night. We had a lake view family room which was big and comfortable. However there was a drainage smell in the bathroom. The pool and hot tub are fabulous
