Dieta room assigned had bad odor… changed to a better one. No A/C

Wonderful place to rest from El Camino

Hotel is great and we really appreciated the pool and spa as we were walking the Camino. Unfortunately the pool is closed until midday so we couldn't swim in the morning. The room was very basic and no AC. Window too low to leave open at night. We stayed in a twin near the pool. The beds were uncomfortable too. I'd stay again for pool (only).

What a great experience we had at Balneario Acuna! The staff was so helpful and kind. We had messed up on our reservations and they immediately fixed it and got us a room hours before check in time. The grounds were gorgeous!! The pool was exceptional! We had the most relaxing swim after our long Camiño walk from Pontevedra. We decided to treat ourselves to a spa treatment called the Camino Pilgrims treatment. It started with a one hour soak in the most amazing jacuzzi pool with many jets and a tall flowing circular waterfall. There were also showers that had three different temperature options for your entire body. Unfortunately the bungalow that we stayed in didn’t have air conditioning but we woke up feeling rejuvenated from the spa treatment and enjoyed a delicious breakfast that was included with our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Wonderful place to rest and relax.

We stayed here one night to enjoy the thermal pools while hiking the Camino de Santiago. The room was nice/simple, bathroom was very nice, pools (indoor spa pool and outdoor pools) were excellent and the breakfast was exactly what we needed for a good start to the day. I will stay here again if I do the same Camino path.

A quarto muito espaçoso e limpo, a cama confortável, conta com área de piscina termal, a localização não poderia ser melhor, e o café da manhã muito bom, indico com certeza.

The room had mold at the ceiling of the bathroom and room. The door of the bathroom opens against the toilet. You can find rust in some of the fixtures and everything was old and in bad condition. At breakfast there was almost nothing and the coffee tasted bad.

Bewertung: 3 von 5 Sternen Das Hotel Balneario Acuña hat eigentlich großes Potenzial – die Anlage ist schön gelegen und man spürt, dass hier ein kleines Juwel schlummert. Leider wirkt das Hotel insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Personal machte während unseres Aufenthalts einen eher unmotivierten Eindruck. Besonders unangenehm war der Vorfall beim Auschecken, als man versuchte, uns doppelt abzukassieren, ein klarer Dämpfer für den Gesamteindruck. Schade, denn mit etwas mehr Engagement und Aufmerksamkeit könnte dieses Haus wirklich glänzen.

Large property and a large distance to walk to motel rooms after check-in. Nice pool.

Best kept secret… the food in the bar downstairs is phenomenal - service is a little slow - must give yourself time - don’t go super hungry. The basement thermal experience is a must - especially for Camino walkers

Walking the Camino so a quiet room and lovely warm pool much appreciated. Breakfast wasn’t the best on our trip but sufficed.

El hotel es precioso, como los jardines y los alrededores. El personal es la amabilidad personificada. Restaurante excelente. Parte del mobiliario necesita urgente renovación.
