Outstanding option, especially for extended stays. Loved the experience. Incredible location, easy check in, private and quiet.

Great location

First of all this property worked great for my daughter and I. She had her own space and I had mine. 2nd, the location was great, lots of restraunts and shopping around and very close to DC sites. The room: beds were fantastic, water presure in the shower was great as was temperature. The apt needs some care. 1 bedroom lamp was broken ( had been for awhile) and looked all crooked. There was tape on the master bath wall and mildew on the shower curtain. Kitchen was well equiped only thing was microwave lights were burnt out, no night light. The main issue is the noise, even though we were 10 stories up, it sounded like we were on the ground floor with a window open. In the city there are ALWAYS alot of sirens, multiple ones every hour and it was pretty loud in the apt. Not sure what could be done about that, it was more an inconvience than a problem, as I sleep well and my daughter had ear plugs, so I would recommend those. While we had 2 sets of keys, we only had 1 fob and you need that for main door, rooftop patio and the gym, so that was a little bit of a hassle. All in all, the property was nice and fitted our needs.

Overall my stay was ok. The beds were uncomfortable because they fell down Everytime we sat on them or laid down. Other than that, everything else was.fine.

Clean apartment with updated decor. Very nice!

Inconvenient parking

This is an excellent location. One block from the White House! The apartment is in a beautiful building with Cheesecake Factory next door. There is a coffee shop connected to the lobby which is charming. I would recommend this lodging!

I felt like an unwanted step child in this apartment. I arrived about 5:00pm. Security handed me an envelope and that was it. I went to go find my apartment for the next 3 weeks. It was definitely a lot smaller than the pictures. And a wonderful surprise against the wall. A full sized crib where a dining table should have been! I have no children and never requested a crib! Turned on the living room tv and no picture. Tried different things, finally decided to check all the connections and yeah, all the cables were disconnected. That was fun connecting them. The bedroom. Felt like a carnival ride. The dresser sloped down towards the middle, 2 drawers were missing the handles, one was slightly broken. Not sure how the tv didn’t topple from the sad dresser drooping. The incredible thing here is how the bed was exactly the same as dresser, broken in the middle and drooping. Sat on the edge of the bed, that’s fine. Went to lie down and that dip in the middle, was a little scary. I was exhausted and knew that no one would come help Saturday night. The apartment is obviously the sad rental that no one really takes care of. The touch up paint didn’t even try to match the wall, the scratches, broken string on the bedroom blinds, sad lamps and the legs on the glass end tables that fall off, I almost cried. Did call them to remove the crib, but I didn’t want to try and get a different apartment since I figured this was the best they could do. I made the best out of it.

Good option for downtown Washington (near the White House) with an attractive price provided that you're OK with prepayment and limited cancellation option. Rooms are good; there are some things that need attending to.

A well appointed apartment in the heart of DC. Very safe and very nice staff.

The property is very clean and has everything we need for our stay. I love that it’s very homey.

I was there on busines for 3 days. The stay was excellent, and a good value. My only complaint was that I would have liked an office-type since I was working on my computer for many hours, and I would have liked a larger intro pack of coffee.

Recommend, will return

Great location for visiting the White House, Washington Monument and world War II Memorial. We knew this operated as an Air B&B so usual hotel amenities are not available. Desk staff very nice and helpful and always there. Felt safe coming and going, key fob used to enter property. Did not need to call Global Luxury Suites help line. Cheesecake Factory on floor 1 for breakfast or dinner. Old Ebbitt Grill 2 blocks away.

If you’re expecting a nice place, then you’ll surely be disappointed. We arrived at our place with multiple issues (lights burnt out, large amounts of dust on the ceilings/light fixtures, a soap holder ripped off the shower wall, and what looked like water damage that warped part of the hallway by the kitchen). After unpacking after a long day we decided to wash off and realized we didn’t have hot water in both bathrooms. We contacted the company and received no response. Next morning we talked to the front desk and they mentioned that the hot water was a building wide problem but mentioned it was fixed. We checked the water shortly after and we still didn’t have water. Maintenance came in and said a part was needed but at the moment there was warm water, it was barely luke warm. The next day they came back and worked on the showers, they said it was fixed. We still had no hot water but barely warm water. We contacted the rental company multiple times to get this resolved and we got nothing back. When I kept calling their phone line, we were told maintenance tried to knock but “we didn’t answer that morning” or that “the problem was already resolved when they talked to the building.” This was never the case. We worked remotely each Mon-Fri. So after 9 nights/10 days of no hot water, maintenance finally fixed it. We made multiple requests for this property to provide a refund since it’s unacceptable not to have any hot water for that long. No response yet. Avoid at all costs!

Easy process to check in and out and convenient to the heart of Washington, DC.

This apartment was beautiful and there is a cheese cake factory right downstairs. Also a coffee shop downstairs try the lavender honey latte it was amazing!!!

Booked for 3 guests but not enough blankets and linen. No towels changed or washed. Disappointed this room is only for 2 persons. Do not book for a family only for a couple. Concierge no help at all.

Do not stay here. There is absolutely no natural light coming into this unit as you are in a square and you are looking right into somebody else’s apartment. Not to mention the place is dark no lighting in the bedroom other that table lamp, no large mirror. Not to mention, I’m spending money for my vacation. I don’t wanna have to clean at the end of it and there were strict instructions on having to put out the garbage and clean???
