wifi is nothing, lady with glasses is unhelpful, lady without glasses is helpful, not recommend

I stayed in a hostel in the same Callo area but feeling very uncomfortable. In the return trip, I picked Padama due to its location and room rate. I would say if you can get Padama at double the hostel price, which is a bargain. You can sleep well and shower easily at your own room. Though everything is basic, but with clean and comfort bed. Check-in is fast. Response is quick and easy in English. This perhaps the best you can get for someone with 10hours transit to sleep on. A good night's sleep is worth every penny.

no heater in the room. Poor English staff. No hair dry machine.

Convenient to airport , this was the only reason we booked it. The lady staff was not nice. When we returned from city to pick up our luggage stored at hotel and I asked her to help and she said to me “No”. Then I told her that I would write this in my review about your hotel, then she was reluctant to give a hand.

The hotel staff is not good. They charge a lot of money for airport taxi and water bottle.

Hotel overall is good but feeling not safety outside of the hotel .

Quarto limpo tudo funcionando porém não saiu água do chuveiro mas foi resolvido tomando banho no quarto ao lado no 204 na média bairro tranquilo sem muito barulho tudo correu bem.

Habe andere Zimmer bekommen ohne Kühlschrank, ohne Whirlpool,,Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht

El personal fue amable. La habitación estaba limpia y la cama era buena y cómoda. En negativo, falta de mantenimiento, enchufes que no funcionaban ducha con muy poca presión, interruptores insuficientes...

Airport shuttle charge was more than quoted. Hotel is run down. Room had ac unit but no remote to run it. Ride back to airport in the am made us a bit nervous due to erratic driving.

Small room but very noisy. It was Christmas night and there were fireworks until 3 am! I could hear everything and was extremely bad experience.

O quarto era grande e limpo, porém o banheiro não tinha água no chuveiro e a descarga tbm era precária a situação. Hotel perto do aeroporto, café não tomamos. Atendimento do casal que nos atenderam foi Excelente, super simpáticos. Único problema era água que não tinha excelente execel
