Excellent choice

It was a nice, clean, and quiet hotel for a quick layover. I enjoyed the amenities, the room service was a plus. it also had a great a great city view and a restaurant in the hotel. I enjoyed it, I would recommend.

Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Todo fue excelente desde el servicio, las vistas y las instalaciones. Lo único que podría dejar como observación es que la mampara de los baños es muy transparente y no me hospedaba en pareja si no con mi hermano así que fue un tanto incómodo. De ahí todo un 10/10

Customer service was excellent, breakfast was delicious, room was really nice very clean and quiet. The hotel over all was beautiful

Resolvi dar uma nova chance ao hotel já que havia ficado outra vezes e não havia sido agradável a estadia. Os elevadores não funcionam ao mesmo tempo, Fiquei hospedado no andar 22 e levei em média 10 minutos para subir ou descer quando necessitei. O elevador sempre lotado, para em todos os andares. A programação deles é feita para que os demais não se movimentem caso um deles esteja subindo ou descendo. O café da manhã é a pior parte. Fraco, sem opções e toda vez que você levanta da mesa para servir-se, alguém retira da sua mesa tudo, independente se você esteja ainda se alimentando ou não. Você demora mais para pedir talheres e café novamente (o qual é servido na mesa por um funcionário) do que comendo. Além disso, são poucos os funcionários efetivamente trabalhando e muitos perambulando pelo café sem fazer absolutamente nada. Você pede para servirem o café e simplesmente é ignorado.

Great location and amenities

The hotel was ok, clean and comfortable but when we booked it we saw they have a rooftop and when we asked they say it was only for events. Then we wanted to use the pool but it was indoors which it wasn’t mentioned on the website. The best was the breakfast buffet.

Dinner took 2hrs to get served
