Staff was friendly (let's give it to them and yeah staff as only one staff has ever talked to us since arrival, maybe she's the head or whatever) but overall experience - not satisfied at all. Food was ok, but too expensive. We end up getting food with the nearby resort. The room has 2 beds. Great. We used the other bed as a chair since there's no chair inside. It has fridge and beverages inside, but it's not complimentary beverages, of course you have to pay for them if you get one. Hot and cold shower just worked on our check out date. The "please make up my room" tag doesn't make any sense, I left it on our door when we went out, but no one has ever cleaned our room. Great customer service, yeah? And oh, the linens were itchy. 😝
