Cleanliness - disappointing really. I understand that they provide cleaning once a week, but the floor was not thoroughly hoovered/ surfaces were not cleaned thoroughly before we went in, so by day 3 - it was not in a clean state. We stayed for 7 days - General hygiene rule being we should change our towels every 3 days, and we were only given 1 set of towel each (so we ended up using the same towel over 7 days/ 6 nights), pretty horrible. This can be easily solved if they provided us 2 sets of towels each. I did ask - I was asked to pay if I want clean towels… Overall I would say this is a good place if you’re only staying for 2-3 days, for those reasons.

The reception attitude is not good, maybe because I don't speak English well, or I am from Asia。Their system failed and my order could not be checked. He didn't let me in and didn't help me。 Yesterday，My friend was racially discriminated on the road, a worse country 20200322

Basically, the hotel is fine. However, I have requested the front desk to clean up the room and change the towels but they refused !!! They claimed that based on their policy, they will only provide cleaning service for those clients with stay over 7 days while I have just booked for 3 days only !!! This is ridiculous ! If they have this policy, they should clearly stated in their website and give alert prior accept the booking.

You would need to take Uber from time to time especially when it rains, but other than that, everything is perfect!

非常滿意。我們主要想去Kew Gardens，酒店選對了，樓下坐巴士就能直接到達，沿途經過不錯的社區。

旁邊就有一家超市，房間的床太軟，廚房設備齊全，櫃檯服務人員很親切，附近沒有餐廳需自理，適合長期住宿者，若要到倫敦市區，需花費一個多小時的車程，附近就有公車站牌可以到火車站

我們住了九晚, 感覺很棒! 享受飯店房間內的小廚房, 客廳與落地窗陽台, 櫃檯人員也很親切, 下次會再去!

賓至如歸

乾淨，新穎，方便。從地鐵到villa要搭公車，但班次很多且24小時都有。唯一需要留言的是最近的地鐵站是沒有電梯的，有電梯需要的旅客較不適合。

空間很大，廚房設備很現代，浴室設備齊全現代，不愁衣物乾不了，超市就在斜對面，每天很享受做餐用餐；周圍環境也很安全，近公車站，深深感到賓至如歸，無比舒適自在。

This is a wonderful hotel with good view, space, things in the room. The small kitchen helps us to have a good meal by ourselves. The only problem is that it is a little far away from the subway station. However, a bus station and a supermarket is just on the front door, which solves the only problem.

The hotel itself was great, but getting around was a bit tough because H91 was the only bus available. Still, if I ever go back to London, I’d definitely choose this hotel again.
