環境非常舒適、工作人員非常親切

The experience was exceptional and impressive. Though the transport was relatively less attractive, the environment, facilities, size of room, services and cleanliness worth the extra travel time. Overall, the stay was superb! We enjoyed a lot!

Mattress and pillow are too soft to sleep. It causes back plain on the next day.

Super nice view from my room , all green! Breakfast is good and reasonable price. Just 13 min drive to the Outlet. Lots of restaurants nearby. The best place for relax and short stay apart from Kawagoe.

坐落在高爾夫球場裡，餐廳面對淺間山是全玻璃超漂亮，房間也大，但沒有大眾池、沒有含早餐、接駁公車只到五點，不能好好的逛outlet，只有坐計程車（每一趟約2700），櫃台人員英文太差，需要加強

There's a spider web (with spider) in the washroom... water inside the bath tube drains away very slowly...

A long drive from Narita Airport and arrived the hotel at about 8:30 pm. After the check-in, it came to know that the restaurant will be closed at 9 pm. The restaurant staff was very kind to continue serving us until 9:30 pm. without any impatience. So, the whole restaurant staff worked overtime to serve the two of us. I feel grateful and impressed. Otherwise, it would not be easy for us to have dinner at such a remote location. The restaurant is very beautiful and spacious. The room is fine and reasonably spacious. The staff are helpful but regret that their English standard is not sufficient even for simple communication.

お部屋から浅間山が目の前に見え、また新緑がとても綺麗でした。ケーブルカー？で行く温泉も楽しかったです。まろやかな温質で心身ともに癒されました。とてもいい旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。

Onsen was amazing

Staff were very polite, friendly and efficient. The location is fantastic with lovely views. And value for money (this was off peak) was very high. Stayed in a lovely suite the size of na apartment.

The staff were lovely. The hotel design was dated and no tattoos were allowed at the onsen however everyone has to still pay the onsen tax even if they are not allowed to use it due to tattoos. The restaurant was amazing and great food

浅間山の見えるお部屋とレストランで、綺麗な景色を堪能しました。温泉施設は脱衣場、浴室内ともに清潔が保たれ、気持ち良く利用できました。 オフシーズンで人が少なめで静かに過ごせた事、突然積もった雪に、車の除雪に雪掻き道具を貸して頂けて、とても助かりました。 初めての利用でしたが、スタッフの対応がとても良く、洗練されたホテルだと思いました。

景色、静寂、スタッフ対応が良かった。

スキーゴルフに最高

とても静かな環境で朝は鳥の鳴き声で大変癒されました。温泉もとても泉質が良いと感じ大変リラックス出来ました。
