Great value and location for the price. A bit rustic and could use some renovation for the closets and paint for the hallway walls, but overall extremely clean and pleasant. Breakfast was very good.

Petit hôtel avec petit déjeuner et restaurant. Personnel accueillant. Pas de stationnement gratuit à proximité entre 9h00 et 20h00 (comme presque partout à Madère).

De kamer kan beter. De kamerdeur ging niet vanzelf dicht. Als je hem dichttrekt gaat deze opnieuw open. Er zat een gat in de vloer, de knop om te douchen zat er niet meer aan. Interieur erg verouderd en zeker aan vervanging toe.

Vol annulé à cause du vent. Voyage annulé, j’ai envoyé un mail à l’hôtel pour un remboursement pour cause de force majeure, pas de reponse. Mon avis ne se base pas sur l’hôtel mais sur la communication inexistante.

das zimmer war etwas in die jahre gekommen. zimmer 11: die tür zum bad liess sich nicht aufsperre, dh ich war eingeschlossen. frühstück war ok.

La habitación normal, limpia, con lo básico, las camas mejorables. Las toallas de baño podían ser algo más grandes. El baño con bañera, bastante alta, no demasiado cómoda. No es un hotel adaptado, escaleras para acceder a las habitaciones, sin ascensor. El desayuno bien, había de todo. El personal de comedor y cocina muy amable, menos en recepción que se limitó a dar las instrucciones sin mucho entusiasmo.

Please note that this review is for the Hotel Solar do Bom Jesus in Santa Cruz - I was asked to move to this hotel when Hotel Amparo requested that I move to their sister hotel due to short-notice issues with the hotel. This was fine for me and it was handled very well by both hotels.

Hôtel à un prix raisonnable, à proximité du centre (restaurants, magasins, bus…) et du front de mer. Personnel chaleureux. Il faut trouver une place de stationnement dans la ville.

Matelas qui doit avoir quelques décennies et qu’il faut remplacer de toute urgence 😱😱😱!!!! Nous n’y reviendrons pas pour cette raison !!!

Todo bastante bien, lo único malo es que al grifo de la ducha le faltaba el cambiador de grifo a alcachofa y no pude ducharme.

Estadia confortável. Limpo. Bom pequeno almoço.

Propre mais ancien, les lits ne sont pas très confortables, la télé ne fonctionne pas, une des lumières des toilettes ne fonctionne pas, mais l'hôtel est très propre, la dame du petit déjeuner est très serviable et agréable.
